Anyways, only real glitch I've had was the save glitch, and I found a fix for that.
I've been having game crashes if I save too much or zone in and out of places too often. This is the PC version, so I'm frequently spamming the Quicksave key. Hence many subsequent saves, hence crashes. IS that the save glitch you're talking about?

I crash every so often, but that's not too much of a problem. Although every so often, I'll leave a building or other area and my companions will just die. Nothing around to kill them, just up and die.

Sometimes, VATS won't work, but I use ironsights most of the time anyway, so that's no big deal. Sometimes, I'll shoot, but the gun won't fire. I'll have plenty of ammo in the clip, but the damn thing just won't shoot. Even at close to 100% condition.

The companions dying and the not shooting bits are the most annoying. Although I do have the occasional super long loading times.

I play my copy on the PS3.

Come Fly With Me, the ghoul in the basement usually goes hostile after you talk to him without provocation. In my most recent run, the door to the Bright Follower's hideout locked me out after getting rid of the Nightkin.

Several random crashes. Crashes when I buy a playing card I already have but is still in my inventory. The usual Bethesda-implementation of Havoc physics glitches and idiosyncrasies.

The Weathered 10mm Pistol can have mods applied, but if you do the gun model isn't referenced properly/doesn't exist so you get a giant translucent block with an exclamation point on it instead.

Companions have dropped dead for no apparent reason.

Some doors count as getting a kill with energy weapons.

Sometimes, trying to hack a computer doesn't bring up a computer screen. After that I have to go to the Dashboard or every time I try to scope in a weapon a blank computer screen obscures the screen.

There are more that I can't remember at the moment.

No, the glitch I'm referring to is where the Steam cloud save reverts back to the first autosave/quicksave you have made. This is the first time I've heard of a bug like that.

Ok. Update time.

I have had the most unusual glitches i've seen thus far being:

1) Fast travelling to the Tribal camp south of Red Rock Canyon

I'd been here before and found a few dead Fiends and a couple of burnt Wastelanders as well as some Cazadores. Later, when I fast travelled there from Red Rock, all the Fiends were alive with minimum health as were the burned bodies. I couldn't harm any of them and they mobbed me to death.

2) Entering Lucky 38.

First time I went to the strip I was invited into the Lucky 38. I found Victor dead outside, which was puzzling, but then when I entered the building he was inside with a couple of Protectrons and immediately went hostile, as did everything else in the building.

I killed him and the others but his body vanished straight away.

Anyone else had this?

Biggest bug for me is the complete disappearance of ED-E. He vanished from the material realm somewhere inside Nellis AFB a week or so back.

He's apparently still in my party, I have his perk and NPCs make all their usual observations about his presence, but he does not exist otherwise. (And, no, I did not leave him waiting somewhere. He blinked out of existence mid-combat, as near as I can tell. One second he was there raining laser death, the next he was unconscious, and then vanished.)

Very annoying, as I can cannot switch him out if I so desired, and lose that extra punch in combat. If it turns out there's a third (or more) recruit-able secondary companions, I will be screwed. It's very frustrating.

360 version.

80+ hrs PC version

I also encountered smaller bugs NPC's clipping, few crash's

But the worst and most annoying bug I found......After I kill something I reload naturally. If I start moving first then reload sometimes for 5 - 10 seconds I cant re-enter VATS or interact with anything or use my Pipboy........This has gotten me killed couple times LOL

Good luck doing the Where's the Beef (or whatever) quest on the PC version at least. Crashes every five seconds in the Ultra Luxe bathhouse. Also, you can make it so the game is unwinnable if you leave Yes Man for too long after doing his last quest if you already pissed off the NCR and Caesar's Legion.

Or, if you have Wild Card: Finishing Touches, the NCR quest For the Republic, Part 2 won't update properly once you save the president, so you need to console command it past that part.

Hurray glitches!

-At least one crash every night (sometimes while saving).
-Radscorpions that can swim through land (at least that's funny).
-Random Unknown Spinning Stretched-Out Objects Coming Out of the Ground (RUSSOOCOG).
-When finishing a side-quest, all NPCs in game will enter combat stance and refuse to talk to me.
-Guns won't fire for up to 30 seconds after VATS
Playing on PS3 and having a love-hate relationship with this damn game.

I've had to restart a couple of times due to save data corruption. And sometimes I'll get glitches where the game will freeze every time I try to use a certain function of the pip-boy.

Also my character will sometimes get the urge to hold his gun gangsta style, wich makes shooting stuff very difficult. And I don't suppose this counts as a glitch, but I will never understand Obsidians liberal use of the invisible wall.

I've had a pretty choppy experience so far-360.
I hate that fucking wall so much.

Wow, this need some serious updating.

Here's some.

-When exiting out the back of Helios ONE, sometimes you will hear extremely loud metal sounds, like the collision sound, and a bunch of random enemies will appear right in front of you and become hostile. Some enemies/NPCs that appear include Old Lady Gibson and her dogs (No really. And the dogs become hostile to you.) and Cazadors. I am not kidding. This is no joke, it happened to me several times, not only once, and is even listed on the Helios ONE page of Fallout Wiki.
-When your companions are poisoned by Cazadors, healing them with cause them to LOSE HP, and if it goes below 0, it will give them negative health and upon leaving the companion wheel, they will drop dead. You must let the poison die out, as the dumbass companions never use antivenom when in their inventories, and you can't administer them directly. If on Hardcore, avoid Cazadors with your companions at all cost, as more often than not it will result in them dying permanently ("Essential" meaning no permanent death is turned off on Hardcore. When your companions die, they drop dead, forever.)
-Occasionally, Isaac will disappear from the Freeside branch of the Gun Runners, as he presumably walks off to a random area and never returns. If you need him for one of the unmarked quests he's involved in, look around the Hestetler (Don Hestetler or the Crimson Caravan's house. I can't remember exactly where it is) housing area, and according to wikia, he should be there.
-If you are in the middle of Volare! and get Young Hearts, but decide not to complete the previously stated quest and complete Volare! instead, Jack and Loyal will disappear from the hangar permanently and you will be unable to resume the quest. He is supposedly stuck in the "old hangar" with the deconstructed B-25, and can only be retrieved using console commands. I was unfortunate enough to be plagued by this and found out too late. DAAAAAAAAAAAAMN.

I know I've run into more game breaking bugs than this, but this is all I feel like typing now.
