The whole town lights up actually, it's a cool feature.

How to get those? The wiki says they're only in the game code but not actually attainable without console commands.Eclectic Dreck said:Lucky Shades
I found them in a Dresser in the Ultra Luxx casino if I'm not mistaken. I don't think I had installed a mod at that point as I was content to wander about wearing regular glasses for the first several hours. Regardless of where I found them (being unique I don't think they would show up in any leveled list), I know I'm wearing them now and I never used a console command to get them.Asehujiko said:How to get those? You have to make Meyers the town sheriff. Shortly after you install a new sheriff go into the casino and you're confronted by some NCR deserters. After you deal with them, the casino is back in business about a week later, give or take.Ultratwinkie said:I told the NCR to come in and the only thing that happened was that people walked right out of town and only the two elder stayed behind...MiracleOfSound said:Once you've found a new sheriff for Primm, it becomes functional once again.Ultratwinkie said:[

I already combed out the ultra and never found anything and all discussion on the topic I find seems to point at them being unobtainable without manually adding them to your inventory.Eclectic Dreck said:I found them in a Dresser in the Ultra Luxx casino if I'm not mistaken. Go back to the NCR camp, make Meyers the sheriff.Ultratwinkie said:I told the NCR to come in and the only thing that happened was that people walked right out of town and only the two elder stayed behind...
You, sir, were definitely a first level Thief in 3rd edition D&D.Eclectic Dreck said:And, better still, you could reasonably do all of this before level 15 if you play your cards right.
Well i wouldn't know. For me the only way to destroy legion is with my fists. I pissed them off around level 6 and so far only 1 assassin group came after me, and they were punched to death.this isnt my name said:If your like me you will have pissed of Caesers legion at around lvl 5, this is bad. However caps buy AP rounds, that help kill the assassins they send, without AP rounds your going to get raped because they do insane damage, have strong armour, travel and fight about 5 at once, and hey continually persue you through the game.Burst6 said:well most of the good weapons and armor in the game can't be bought so an absurd amount of caps isn't as important as you think.
Yes... those Legion assasins are tough bastards.this isnt my name said:Yep... Diddnt think they would send anyone, when I saw them I was like "lol reminds me of talon mercs, this wont take long" that was before I found unlike the talon mercs these guys are actually a threat.
Not to antagonize or derail, but those stats made me rage. The fuck you usin' all that perception and charisma for? Charisma just boosts charisma-based stats and nerve, which I assure you companions don't need. Perception can be replaced by ED-E. Strength is a must for any gun-handling. Agility is passable if you don't mind running slow as all hell and never using vats. I'm also pretty sure you get hemophilia or something for having such a low endurance.AlternatePFG said:Not at all. I had 1 Strength, 10 Percision, 1 Endurance, 10 Charisma, 10 Intelligence, 1 Agility, and 10 Luck. I did invest in Intense Training a couple of times to boost my intelligence, but it's still possible.Raregolddragon said:well if you have 10 luck you have 5 or less in everything else.
Exactly. I had a 10 luck character play Blackjack in the Ultra-Luxe for about 6 minutes before I got up to 15,000 chips. Conventional rules/statistics of the game no longer apply; you can double down on 18 and get 3's every time.SimuLord said:I found the blackjack absolutely laughable in New Vegas.
