I made my Courier this lucky. It doesn't just help with gambling. It does alot of things. (Get to the third floor of the Robco robotics building and see.) Suffice to say, I have been indeed crazy-lucky, which is the POINT. I built my character to be this random guy running around the wasteland all willy-nilly and getting in and out of crazy situations with incredible criticals and deadly damage.
