The point is as the title says to talk about anything Fallout. There is no specific topic to talk about so feel free to say anything.

Bethesda still hasn't fixed Galaxy News Radio in Fallout 3 that tells me about Project Purity being operational and the clean water being distributed as soon as I'm out of the vault.

This here [http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/04/story-fallout-equestria.html#more] is a Fallout/My Little Pony crossover, and it's damn good.

Fallout 3 is the best title in the series. So many people complain about it but I seriously think it was the best game in the entire series... Damn "ruining the lore" or the story, etc. etc.

I bought Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 from GoG last year and I just havn't found the motivation to play them.

I tried fallout 2 for about 2 hours and got my face stomped repeatedly.

If you know what's good for you, the only things you'll say when talking about Fallout will be words of praise for the vanguard of your dooooom

In my travels therw out the wasteland I have seen some truly amazing and horrific things. Deathclaws Zion Cazdors the big empty and of course the ruins of d.c. and though I have made many enemeis in my travels in the enclave and Ceares legion I have always had companis pepole I have been willing to call my freinds. But now as I load my holo rifel for one last journey I know I must make this trip alone.

Fallout new vegas: lonesome road.

Coming soon.

Seriously consdering how they've been hinting at this threw the other dlc it better be awesome I'd hate for it to end on a sour note.

I think that the best Fallout moment ever is when you try and face a spectacle wearing intelligent rad-scorpion in chess. The way you beat him is spectacular.

Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a more varied range of default NPC responses.

OT: Wait, that was on topic. It is Fallout related!

Not retarded: Better. I'm gonna buy the first two Fallouts as soon as I get some spare money, because I've sunk a collective playtime of nearly 5 days into New Vegas and not much less into Fallout 3. I can't get enough. On one character, I completely ran out of side quests and shit so now I just arrange bodies into vaguely humourous positions, just for an excuse to keep playing the game. I propped Benny's decapitated corpse up on Caesar's throne and then stuck his head under the crook of his arm, like a little child. Then I made it look like one of the Legion Mongrels was administering enthusiastic fellatio on him. It was sick but Goddamnit it looked fucking funny.

I can't wait for more Fallout, I can't wait to buy the DLCs for New Vegas, I can't wait to get re-immersed into America's beautifully anachronistic apocalyptia again.

In short, I fucking love Fallout. Thank you, Bethesda.

Bethesda??
Bear with me :L

Like I said, I haven't played the originals yet. So although I thank Interplay for the creation of the original IP (and, to a certain extent, Black Isle for the sequel), I can only thank Bethesda for the ones I've actually sampled :p

Well, Obsidian did New Vegas. Not Betheseda.
I think he means he's thanking Bethesda for reviving the series altogether. New Vegas wouldn't exist if Bethesda didn't revive the series in the first place.

That sounds familiar. I've played all of Fallout 1 and enjoyed it, but couldn't summon the will to play past the first town of the sequel. That opening with the temple was just terrible and the first gun you get is pretty much useless. I don't play Fallout to run around with throwing spears, dammit!

*deep breaths*

Anyway, I suggest playing Fallout 1. The actual plot starts much more quickly and, more importantly, you're actually given a decent gun.
