Hate to be the hater, but at 0:20 in the room with all of the wheels it is very obvious that:
1. he did not jump through the first one.
2. he sped up the footage to make it flow better.

that aside the rest seems legit though

As a fellow traceur I feel obligated to copy his recording style, and to be honest I'm kinda pissed I didn't think of it before D:

That was just amazing!

Makes me want to start messing around with parkour (although I know I'd hurt myself, haha).

Impressive! Extremely skilled - after all, alot of those moves could easily have gone wrong and snapped his neck!

Bavado on the video, random guy!

Lets hope this doesn't spawn this:

Fans: GO ON BUILDINGS! IT WOULD BE AWESOME! UR SO GOOOOD!

*The guy does, and with his skill he probably won't die but lets say he did*

The same Fans: omg what an idiot he should have known better.

Though seriously, what's with the fucking hacks at 2:10

That was awesome, I might have to try making one of these myself. The bicycle part was very impressive.

Hooray for imitatable games! I'd love to see more "Fan Recreates _____ In Reality" videos, within reason. Just think about the possibilities!

Yet I've seen negative press about Parkour too, even when the world is up in arms about obese kids, then teenagers find something to do that's taking skill, intense physical activity, and ZERO financial outlay on sporting gear, and they're still moaning about it.

Ok, I admit there's risks, but I'm sure anyone with sense pushes themselves slowly, and like this guy isn't headed to the top of the Sears tower to start practicing.

The only other thing I can think of is perhaps when they do it around parks and gardens there may be damage to plants, but that is something the scene needs to prove is not their intention.

Certainly makes about 4000 times more sense than paying a gym to do stuff you could do at home for free.

Seriously , anyone picking this up, great, go for it.

Also tho, he's got a real nice looking area, with a lot of variety, but then perhaps when you do these things, you look at the world from a new perspective and see things you might not notice before.
You have up summed up perfectly, we do see the world differently, I like to call it "traceur vision" to us obstacles and such do stand out in our minds, to me I don't look at a wall and see just a wall, I see an obstacle to be traversed.

There really isn't any damage done when my mates and I practice, I always take a rag and some water to wipe off any scuff marks my shoes leave.

I haven't seen that much negative press but I'm assuming it comes from over protective mothers and old people, I guess if I was old I wouldn't like a group of monkey people leaping and sprinting past me.

I'm thinking of trying this out, though I think I'll tape the camcorder to my head to free up my arms, I'll look like a total dick with a camcorder stuck to my head and the duct tape will be a ***** to get off but damn it will be cool.

Also I fucking love that song.

Get a helmet and attach the cam to that mate, save your hair :D
I think the cam would douchify me enough and the helmet would make me look like an ultra n00b beginner with an over protective mum. Perhaps I'll do it on the next ipswich show day so there won't be many people around.
