Favorite adult cartoon?

What is your favorite adult cartoon and why? I don't mean adult as in porn, but cartoons not specifically made for children such as South Park, The Simpsons, Beavis and Butthead, Family Guy, et cetera.

My personal favorite is a toss up between Beavis and Butthead and the older Simpsons seasons.

It has been quite a number of seasons since I actually liked watching the Simpsons. I felt it has declined in recent years.

Beavis and Butthead only have a handful of seasons but I prefer quality over quantity any day. I also seem to identify with the metal head culture depicted and find it hilarious.

My little pony: Friendship is magic
And no, I'm not being facetious or a retard either; the show's creator has explicitly stated that the show is designed for adults as much as for children.

What if my favourite adult cartoon is porn?

Anyway, I like Futurama a lot better than Simpsons, and I guess it's my favourite, as you probably don't count My Little Pony: Frienship is Magic as an "adult" cartoon.

I don't watch too many series, but if movies count, then maybe one of Satoshi Kon's movies. (Japanese animation counts as cartoons because, you know, it is.)

Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law

Ruined so much of my childhood, but one of the shows that genuinely made me laugh the most. Still good after many years.

South Park. Nothing I've seen comes even close to being as brilliant.

Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad, Futurama, Drawn Together, Happy Tree Friends and Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law are all the other adult cartoons I can think of that I've seen. South Park is my favourite by a significant margin.

Never saw Beavis & Butthead, I believe it was before my time, but what little I have seen (random youtube clips and so on) doesn't impress me.

Archer, obviously.

You are the first person I have ever seen who has admitted to liking that horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible show.

EDIT: I stand corrected. Its fans are apparently numerous.

South Park.
Without a doubt, it's still consistently funny after however long it's been.

Nothing comes close.

You mean that very well-received and popular-on-this-forum-show? Maybe you should look harder!

I love Archer as well. I watch it fairly regularly along with Lucy the daughter of the devil, Robot chicken, Aqua teen hunger force and Venture Bros.. I used to really like South park but in recent years the show has declined in quality and I am not as big of a fan of it any more (in my opinion).

I'd have to put The Maxx up on top because it was so surprising in content.

Man, Mtv used to be such a fantastic source of cool cartoons and shows. What happened Mtv?

I also love Archer and The Life and Times of Tim
