favorite Borderland weapon type?

My favourite character is Mordecai (because I haven't tried the other 3, I'm too lazy to start over) and I like using sniper rifles and machine guns while playing as him.

snipers or revolvers with the hunter. with a lvl 20 and a lvl 13 revolver i was able to duel and win against a lvl 40 siren. but it is a beast revolver xD and snipers do tons of damage and are super easy to get crits with, plus the bloodhawk can be rape if you have the right mods and use him at the right time.

What? They were clearly doing it wrong then.

My best is shotguns. The end of my first playthrough was too easy because I had a shotgun that did 102x12 damage and x1 lightning. It only held 2 rounds (3 because of my class mod) but it was awesome. I was one-shotting everything.

On my second playthrough I got a shotgun that does 112x12 damage and has 27 rounds because of my class mod. It has a high firing rate so it is amazing. I also, only like Torgue shotguns for some reasons. Now that I think about I only like Torgue combat rifles too.

Oh, and my favorite character is the Soldier.

I accidently sold my 70% accuracy with scope shotgun that did significant damage but i still have my revolver.

You know there's a buy-back option so that you can buy they guns that you sell from the store that you sold them to. You might still be able to get that shotgun back!

Shotguns, as Roland. I think my proficiency is around 30 right now. My current shotgun does 192x9 damage, and has a hefty electrical damage bonus, which, coupled with my shock trooper class mod (plus 56% eletrical damage) makes for a very deadly combo.

as for character Brick because he is the only one Marcus is actually afraid of mocking (yes, yes I know that's not entirely true but go with it for now)

Mordecai+Revolver. Currently, my best weapon happens to be an ammo-regenerating, x7 Revolver. Other than that, I'd say Sniper rifles as I like causing blood geysers from a good distance away. (Might be because whatever surviving enemies would then get in a single file line to chase me...)

Too bad you can't dual wield revolvers, that would have been my favorite. But as a soldier, I can't live without my assault rifle. "One-burst-One Kill"
