Aigis learned what it meant to be human by coming to terms with her feelings for Minato despite being a man-made robot. It was heart-wrenching when he died in her arms at the very end.

Games: Take any romance from FF. Not the biggest fan of the series, but they handle romance ok... for the most part.
Comics: Peter Parker/ Mary Jane Watson. Can't beat the classic... one of the longest lasting, sucessful relationships in comics. OH WAIT...
Anime: ...I still forget.

Movies: Sherlock holmes and Watson from Sherlock holmes (the most recent one)
TV: Pete and Myka from warehouse 13 (and i hope to god they dont ACTUALLY become a couple they act too much like bickering siblings for that to work)
