Real Life? The M3 Grease Gun from WW2. I've got a soft spot for it aesthetically. Honorable mention to the Colt M1911 .45 pistol, one of the single most versatile firearms ever invented and the one I'd carry if I were personally picking a sidearm for myself.

I also have a certain fondness for the FAMAS assualt rifle.
I have not picked these guns just because they show up in the COD games but instead I have liked them from the etal gear games and from things I have seen on the internet.

Of all the guns I've handled, my absolute favorite is without a doubt my Remington 700 ADL chambered .30-06.

in games, prolly the akimbo p90s from MW2. IRL the .300 remington ultramag. Huge range, and a very high knock down. There are probably less than a dozen real life rifles with better performance (Meaning it's range and power, i dont care about rate of fire irl) and it has a relatively common shell, and it could fire 30-30, 30-06, .308, and most of the other .30 caliber shells out there if it had to. It also comes with the same pump action system that is on the remington model 870 express shotguns and that is commonly believed to be the most reliable action in existance. I knew a guy who had his freeze while hunting, he used a fire to melt it, shot it till it froze and then melted it again, all day. it was like, 16 degrees farenheit. You basically can't make the 870 not fire, and the .300 ultramag has the same action.(if you go pump.)
I also love .38 revolvers, with longer than standard barrels. I am (im)patiently waiting the day i turn 21 so i can get my concealed carry permit and buy one.

My favorite firearm that I have used is the one in my avatar, the Glock 19, even though it is farthest from looks in function it is the closest thing to a revolver you can get in semi-automatic pistols. Its very durable, and has great accuracy when you learn how to sue it. The first time I used it I was damn near shooting in the previous holes at 21 feet.
Out of guns I have not used I have to go with the HK416, it has the accuracy of a M-16 and the ruggedness of an AK-47.

Well I'm no gun nut in real life, so I can't really speak from experience on most firearms. However, I have seen, and more importantly, heard an Ak-47 fired. That has to be my favorite gun, not only because the sound is scary as fuck, but because of the fact that it is basically impossible to jam.
