Mine was the Derelict Reaper.
It was both fun and scary at the same time.

Mine still has to be the last one. Barring spoilers, it was an epic unto itself, and fit the finale well.

I really liked the Estevanico, the derelict ship where you just strolled around trying to get to the computer. I liked a lot of the anomaly that were just little nothing missions but, contextually, were important like the magnetic shielding that had crapped out on the Turian colony. I don't believe Shepard would just ignore something like that even though it's only 3-4 minutes it's still a worthy task.

The one where you shoot things over chest high walls and around corners of crates or structures.

Samara and Thane's loyalty missions. On the first playthrough, it was just nice to have something different from "here's a location, shoot your way through it". On my current insanity playthrough, any level without fighting is the best level ever made.

Does "Lair of the Shadow Broker" count?
If so, then absolutely that!

As far as the main game, I'd say the mission where you board the powered-down Collector Ship. Very creepy atmosphere, a new kickass weapon, and some surprising revelations.

You totally beat me to it. Liara in the level equals best level in the game. Period.

Second one...hmm, I guess Horizon. I enjoyed the end part where you had to hold off the Collectors. Fighting that giant floating thing though, not so much.

Suicide mission, right up until the horrible, horrible final boss.

I also really liked the Shadow Broker level as well, the areas in that DLC were pretty varied.

Tali's loyalty mission because i had to think for a while at the courtroom or the last boss because of the epic sniper shot i killed it with. Overlord gets a mention as well because the ending was so damn sad.

Shadow Broker, deserved to be a part of the main game. I went back to ME1 and romanced Liara because of it.

Of the basic levels, Thane's recruitment mission was pretty fun, as was Garrus. The Reaper level had the best music of the game for mine, Legion:

In no particular order:

- Mordin's loyalty mission. I found it extremely interesting to see Mordin trying to rationalise what he'd done, it made for some nice character development. I especially like the dialogue involving the dead female Krogan.

- Lair of the Shadow Broker. I tend to fanboy all over this DLC every chance I get. Nice mix of action and story interesting and varied fights, entertaining banter and some nice emotion-y moments. It was also really nice to get some insight into what had brought about the change in Liara's character.

- Tali's loyalty mission. Dialogue, character, story, emotion. All in there.

- The Suicide Mission. I do not feel any need to explain this one.
