Psychedelic/progressive rock, hard rock, Heavy metal. Almost every type of metal, exept all these "metalcore" rubbish bands, Finnish emo metal (childern of bodom, etc), Finnish whiner metal, whic means all the bands that pretend to be hardcore, like Diablo or stam1na. Horrible.

Most everything from Adele to Zeppelin. My tastes are so wild and varied it's hard to pick a genre anymore.

This is my most used jango station for example, http://www.jango.com/profiles/40241209?l=0

Death metal mostly. Nile is the big favorite, along with Strapping Young Lad and Vader.

Oh, and everything Devin Townsend has touched is basically a masterpiece.

A shared first place for classic rock and pop, alternative rock, jazz and the Battlestar Galactica soundtrack (that has a special place in my heart, just like the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack, but I gather that under jazz). I like a lot more, but that's what I usually play on my computer. I've only started delving into classic rock recently though, I'm quite the classic rock noob, but I'm getting there.

A wide variety, including singer-songwriters (Leonard Cohen, Jeff Buckley, Beth Orton, Neko Case), post-punk (Joy Division, A Place to Bury Strangers), artists and bands difficult to categorize due to changes in style over their lives (Tom Waits, Nick Cave, His Name Is Alive, Dead Can Dance, Scott Walker), experimental (Einstuerzende Neubauten, SPK, Throbbing Gristle), jazz, classical, and whole pile of independents that haven't made it big or whose names I can't remember.

In short, my musical interests are across the board. I don't have much interest in rap/hip-hop and country in general.

Technical Death metal is my favourtie genre but I listen to every sub-genre of metal and a good deal of hard rock. Coming in close second is swing jazz.

I listen to screamo/ post hardcore.
SO alexisonfire, the black lungs, helicon blue, attack! attack!, the devil wears prada,
and alot of indie and folk. your probably how do i go from screamo to folk? well they are both quite emotion filled genres with meaningful lyrics

Alternative rock, I know that's a really broad genre, but thats the best way to describe what I listen to.

Here's a song I keep going back to.

I like most music. Though I am beginning to find rock monotonous, though there are a few awesome bands. I hate metal, but love jazz, hip hop, r n b and rap (mostly eminem).
