Ninetales. The most badass pokemon there is

Hell to the yes. Takes a little breeding to get it the right egg moves that it doesn't learn naturally.

Egg moves? Guess I didn't play long enough to get that. I only played to Emerald

There are moves that Pokemon can only learn through breeding. For example, Ninetails doesn't normally learn "Hypnosis" through leveling up or TMs, but if you breed a female Ninetales with a Pokemon that knows hypnosis, the offspring will be born with the knowledge of the move. Such moves are known as 'egg moves'

This doesn't work with all moves. Just a select few that varies widely from Pokemon to Pokemon.
