Kingdom Hearts I and II. Okay so they're flawed and full of Disney but they're fun.
I would have said Dragon Quest VIII right up until the point where grinding to beat a particular boss became dull.
Same with Chrono Trigger.

The entire set of Kingdom Hearts games. They're all amazing games, I think.

Also, I enjoy quite a lot of the Final Fantasy games.

Still, I'd say my favourite game Squeenix had a hand in was probably Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King.

Every Final Fantasy execept 10 and 10-2 both were terrible games IMO

If you have a ds you can try The World Ends With You for an awesome story and addictive gameplay. For a truly unique and cinematic rpg you could try Parasite Eve for ps1 and for an awesome srpg you could try front mission for snes and ds
