I'll stick with Magic Missile.

It was in a videogame. Somewhere.

NetHack magic is epic win. All of it.
Polymorph magic is soo much fun, but kinda confusing and morally questionable at times... I mean, what should my turned-agianst-her-will into a man do with a kitten polymorphed into a succubus?
I personally also like the stone-to-flesh magic. I mean, seriously. How random but awesome can you get?

Especially when you turn stones into meatballs and boulders into GIANT meatballs... But you know you're supposed to use it on Medusa's victims right?

Well I haven't played in two/three years but magic missile was in WoW I think.

cannot be bothered to quote flying-emu, the post is at the top and Erana quoted it so it's not hard to find.

I like it in Rose Online, just everything was awesome about that game, and also Fable 2, the swords spell was pretty damn sweet, especially when directed, it does so much damage

the level 30 version of wizards fury from oblivion, it electrocutes,freezes,and sets an enemy on fire at the same time. also the max level blades spell from fable 2 is pretty sweet

PSI [Fill in the Blank] from Earthbound, mainly because you could make it whateeeever you wanted. Naturally, being 12 I thought that PSI Poop was clever and witty.

Y'know I watched the original trilogy the other day and there is no mention of the fiddly little buggers whatsoever! They are lies! Lucas does not know the meaning of the phrase "plot-hole"!

It's meant to be a sort of a presence and a healing energy that links and grows with Life. Which makes it magic. And not bacteria!

But if you won't let me have the Force (sad face) then I'll go with my custom-made spells in Oblivion. Ridiculously overpowered, and you can only use it once whereupon it drains all your magic bar.

Ah, well yes, Midichlorians were one of the things that pissed off most Star Wars fans about the New Trilogy. They never existed in the Original Trilogy. And the only reason I know this is because my sister just shotgunned the entire series in a weekend while I was sitting in front of the TV.

Mine would be the tornado spell from BioShock, god that thing was hilarious. I feel bad for the bees, it looks so cool but it was such a useless plasmid.

I disagree the bee plasmid was a very good plasmid, I used it to defeat frank, it wasnt as good as my mate hyped it up to be but still a usefull tool.

But I have to go with the mage spell blink in world of warcraft, just for the amount of times that it has saved me.
