Dr Suchong by far. Hes the sickest and most genius man in that whole god forsaken city. Most people think its Sander Cohen, but Dr Suchong mind controls a woman to break a Puppy dogs neck. ...
Actually, it was Jack you hear in that audio diary w/ Suchong.

Suchong: Is that your puppy? She's very pretty...

Little Boy (Jack): Thank you, Papa Suchong.

Suchong: Break her neck for me.

Little Boy: What?

Suchong: Break that sweet puppy's neck.

Little Boy: No... please...

Suchong: Break that puppy's neck - would you kindly...

Little Boy: No... no... *snap*

Suchong: Very good.
And my favorites have to be Atlas and Jack himself.

Can anyone else honestly say that they picked up on the whole 'Would you kindly' thing before they actually told you?
I noticed him saying it a lot, but I figured it was a force of habit kind of thing. Like, y'know, he just said it a lot.

I liked all the characters in Bioshock actually. I think Tenenbaum was my favorite, because she's hot and has a sexy accent (shut up, I don't want to hear it). And, of course, the Big Daddies. Or, the Bouncers atleast. I don't care for the Rosies as much.

Cohen was cool in his artistic insanity, Fontaine was a badass (though I didn't like that he ended up slicing the shit out of himself), and Ryan was cool even though he ended up becoming a complete hypocrite.

I did not care for Peach Wilkins so much. Violent manipulative paranoid fuck. Though I guess his paranoia ended up being validated...sort of.

What secret basement? Where is it? What's in it? Tell me! I must know!

Please.

Bill McDonagh, Sander Cohen or Atlas. McDonagh because he had good values that he kept to, Cohen because he is a artistic lunatic, and Atlas because he is just simply the most charming Irish bastard I ever heard.

My favorite? The aptly named, Sir Not Appearing In This Game

ok, ok. I liked Suchong. He's the nice, useful kind of crazy. Everyone else was a bit too crazy. Cohen was enough of a dick that by the time I met him face-to-face I had to kill him. Ryan was almost a good guy, but as soon as a bit of competition shows up he jumps off the deep end into the crazy.

Remember Fort Frolic? In there (in the Poseidon Plaza), head into a bar/place that has about 8 splicer statues lining the entrance (4 on each side). You have nothing to fear from them...yet. Anyways, go behind the counter and search for a button (taking care to either avoid/hack/destroy a camera in the corner). Press the button, and a secret door will open up in the wall opposite you. Head down and you will see a Power to the People machine. Be warned though, using it will cause the statues you saw in the entrance to come "alive". These are just like normal spider splicers, except for two things: 1. They are completely silent. Keep an ear open for a soft clinking noise. 2. They are stronger.

Oh, and Suchong gets a mention for the "this is very good for Suchong" recording. Made me laugh.

I found that basement! Nothing so special about it. Wasn't the only time I met those silent splicers either. In another flooded basement (right outside the bar the first one was in I believe) the damn things keep spawning until you leave.

I did hate those things.

Him or Dr Steinman, I find myself gleefully reciting their lines on playthroughs;

"What is this?! An intruder?! He is ugly! UGLY! UUUUUGGLLLLLYYYYY!"

Haven't you completed the game yet? They're humans in suits who have been mutilated into being mindless, groaning servants. Kinda creepy.

You know too much! Code Yellow!
I only noticed because the same thing was done in a book I read and I saw similarities, The way that because that's what he tells you to do, there doesn't appear to be any other option.

Andrew Ryan. Because he created Rapture, and he followed his ideas and didn't let anyone stop him.

Bridgette Tenenbaum. She was very helpful in the game.

Dr. Suchong. I loved his diaries. Especially the one were he gets drilled by the Big Daddy.

I bet one of those splicers was Joseph Fritzl attempting to drug you and keep you in the basement for 24 years
