Favourite game and why? (any console)

Romance of the Three Kingdoms VIII for the ps2. I sadly don't own it and have to go 3 hours to a friends house to play it but I can honestly say I've never had as much fun with games as I do playing that with friends. Now if only it wasn't so damn hard to find nowadays.

Which Pokemon do you think was the best?

Yellow for me (It's the only one I have completed, although i'm currently playing through Pokemon Black)

OT: Half Life 2, absolutely groundbreaking for it's time, still looks good 5/6 years on.
Also, Counter Strike: Source. Endless hours of fun with my friends on that... loved it to bits, biggest addiction I have ever had for a game.

Fair enough, what do you think of Black so far? and yeah Half life has always been a major competitor on these kinda things XD

Oricana of time Good game, never completed it though (forest temple + bad TV + music = scared 7 year old

Halo CE/Max Payne - I got an xbox in the first few days/weeks of release (before the price drop)
and those games blew my mind. Halo because of the sci-fi setting and graphics.
Max payne for the story and bullet time.

It's pretty damn good, I'm stuck on the Electric gym leader though, my main is a water type, level 35. He still gets pwned. ;(

legend of zelda: Ocarina of time, first game i ever really became obssesed with, spark my love of gaming, ive played ever single zelda game realesed and have yet to be dissapointed (except for spirit tracks which fails at life)

It was made by Paradox Interactive which is a Swedish company. The game also has English, German, Swedish, French and other versions i think. I came accross the spanish version somehow.

It's a pretty close tie between Sands of Time and A Link to the Past, but I'm going to have to go with Prince of Persia. Zelda is always solid and Link to the Past has always been one of my favorite games of all time, but Sands of Time has this amazing feeling of progression both in the characters and the environments, which lends itself very well to an incredibly immersive and well told story. I really cared about those characters by the end of the game.

Another World

It was on multiple platforms over the years, originally for the Amiga computer though. The best version is definitely the XP Anniversary edition that came out a few years ago. It's an amazing game in every way, especially from an artistic standpoint and game design theory example. Not to mention how much it was a benchmark for games and did a lot for the industry.

My favourite series is also Metal Gear Solid. They're too good to just pick one of them.
