The Eels - try anything off the souljacker album (Souljacker part 1, That's not really funny, What is this note, Dog Faced Boy, Bus Stop Boxer.) They have alot of good music. If you can't find what you like with those try song other of there songs Flyswatter is cool as is tremendous dynamite and prizefigther also Last Stop: This Town is one of my fav's. Just try random songs by them your bound to find something you like, they have very varied songs.

Any song of James Blunt is great.
I don't know what to say. I'm truly, deeply horrified.
but then again, I suppose, in categories of music, I listen to 'Other'.
which wouldn't be Blunt.

Fantomas, they're a pretty strange band but Mike Patton is a terrific musician. These are their versions of famous horror movie themes: The Omen, Cape Fear, and Rosemary's Baby in that order.

Austrian Death Machine - kinda screamy but the guitar is excellent.
Judas Priest
Disturbed
Zandelle (just the latest album. The songwriting is awesome on that one).

Not another - Music Thread

Just kidding

Try some Megadeth
Accept between Restless and Wild, to Metal Heart and 1-2 albums later
South of Heaven and Raining Blood by Slayer
Listen to any Manowar songs
Early Metallica albums
Everything Judas Priest (FTW!)
Kalmah if you're into Death Metal
Death again if you like Death Metal
Cradle of Filth for diverse, creepy and black/death music
Sepultura for some quality thrash
If you're into modern thrash: Machine Head and some Anthrax

That's about to last you 1 or 2 years.
;D

They kinda are... mainly from the Shrek soundtrack I'd imagine, but yeah, they're far from obscure. If you're having trouble finding their stuff, that might be because they're just Eels (usually written EELS or eels), not The Eels. Their best songs are 'Mr E's Beautiful Blues', 'Last Stop: This Town', 'Climbing To The Moon' and 'The Sound Of Fear'.

Bit off a discussion-less topic really.

Try Against Me, and in particular, their song "White People For Peace". Absolute killer.
