Favourite TV show?

I never really understand why big bang theory is funny...

Premise and some of the nerdy characters. But there's still too much of the "laugh now" writing that really squanders a lot of the really good ideas and humor. I guess it's just not a show for me....

With the shows you listed. I'd have to say Scrubs

Law & Order: Criminal Intent. These are my reasons:
It has Vincent D'Onofrio in it, and he is my favourite actor. It is also well written (at least seasons 1-5 are and they're the only seasons I have seen because in Britain, they don't show it enough)and I find the characters compelling. However, i'm not going to watch after season 8, as D'onofrio (Det. Goren) and Erbe (who plays Det. Eames) are leaving the show and leaving it with (shudder) Jeff Goldblum. I don't mean to piss off any Goldblum fans out there, but I don't like the guy, never have.

Another show I like is Aqua teen hunger force. Its really funny.

Doctor Who, definately, it's fun to see someone do something other than "KILL PEOPLE" and rather uses peaceful and more comfortable methods to solve problems, and NO, it is not anything wussy about it, solving problems is manly, and using violence is for pussies.

Hard to say, since there are so many for me... but to name a few: The Colbert Report, House, Who's Line is it Anyway, Mystery Scence Theater 3000, Doctor Who, Mythbusters, and Dirty Jobs. I have favorite cartoons/anime as well, but it would take too long to mention all of them.

Heros, Chuck, Firefly and Flash Forward are what I'm watching at the moment and they are awesome. Heros is my favorite out of all of them.
