To be fair, I don't think Canada has $400 Million dollars worth of a military for Cam to damage

I'm pretty sure we got some broken down subs from England that we fixed up with duct tape. If you ask the military though, they'll say what they're worth new so Cam might be on CSIS's list just for appearances.
