It's like being born, in reverse. Eaten by a vagina. I have experience with UB, as they tend to hang out with the voraphiles and preg fetish people (ie me) despite not really liking it myself. Unbirth is, well, a reversed birth. You can picture as being eaten by a vagina. A lot of the time, the unbirthee is "absorbed" into the womb and then normal birthed as the child of the unbirther a few months later.
