Fictional Deaths that angered you.

Well, there's actually a reason for that...
[spoiler/]Chidori had the power to put her life into the others, and thus could cure death not just unconsciousness like Yukari's semarecarm. Shinji thus could not by saved because Chidori wasn't going to lay down her life for him, but she did for Junpei, and that's why he lived.

Although granted, after Shinji's death I was afraid as fuck to put too much training into one person (like I did with Shinji) because I thought they would get capped.[/spoiler]

Granted, but it still means both deaths were just plotline 'died in a cutscene' deaths that kinda diminished the game for me somewhat... Why didn't the bad guy (whose name escapes me) just shoot everybody then? And why when you fight him is he so incredibly weak? It just bugs me, is all.

Oh definitely no denying there that some serious shenanigans is going on on regards to the potency of that gun and why he didn't fire it more than once. (I just went with because his turn is up so now its my teams turn)

It wasn't his death that angered me as such the fact it was badly written, had no impact on the plot, the characters were out of character and the writer, when questioned about it said basically he'd done it because he could, and no other good reason.

That's lame. Figures they would do the typical good twin/evil twin scenario.
Looked at a few of the Legacy novels, could never really get into them since they changed the characters so much.

Still enjoy the Young Jedi Knights series though.
