I use frak, frell, gor-ram...
but I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Belgium yet.
Is it just too offensive?
You watch your mouth with the gratuitous profanity there!

"Blood and bloody ashes" From the Wheel of Time is one I'm a fan of. I also sometimes call people "Forsaken of the light" for giggles. Mostly though, when I'm insulting people I just out-word them, it's more fun.
I like to use "Blood and bloody ashes!" when I'm REALLY angry.

This isn't really a profanity so much as just a basic declaration of frustration, but I like to shout "ARGLEKABARGLE!" Now of course I can't rightly remember what character and what context, but I took it from Stephen King's novel "The Tommyknockers."
Gard uses it as the 'secret name' for one of the professors at a party. Arglebargle is an awesome word.
Personally, I like to use 'fnord' for pretty much everything. And I love pulling phrases from MS Paint Adventures for pure exasperation.
"WHAT IN THE SWEET ALMIGHTY TAINTCHAFING FUCK DO YOU WANT?"
"I will do some sort of acrobatic pirouette off the handle and earn a gold medal or some shit."
