How does remaking a game I've played on <a href=http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/494237>flash websites and repackaging it for the phone qualify as "recent innovation"? It's a 2-D Boomblox. When you take a Wii game and downgrade it, you get knocked out in the first round.Garrett Richey said:

Square Enix has done little to make recent games different than past ones and why should they since they still sell like hotcakes. I'm not saying that I particularly like Rovio or that their games are fantastic, but they have made the single most successful game for iPhones (and since every other smartphone platform) because they chose to innovate with gameplay while plenty of others were trying to shoehorn dpads onto touchscreens.
