I am for the weaponizing of Dubstep under codename: Doom Bootie, that whole part of the conversation sparked an explosion of imagination of how that could come across, sort of like the Dubstep Guns video on youtube, except with a lot more fanservice...

In defense of people who don't like the Bronies: The generalization that people have towards them, the one where they assume all Bronies are loud mouthed fans who bring up the subject everywhere and at every time, is obviously because only the some of the fan base is like that so a shared negative opinion is formed at the whole group.
I don't think it's like that at all. In any group, the people who aren't being obnoxious loudmouths don't get any credit because they more or less go unnoticed. People tend not to notice when people are going around not saying and doing things, and even on the off chance they do, they don't consider it worth dwelling on. (It's the same reason you never hear people tweet about how nobody broke into their house and tried to murder them today.)

This gets amplified way more on the Internet, where if somebody doesn't say anything in a message board thread or comment section, they're literally invisible, so for all intents and purposes, quiet people don't exist.
Why does this only serve to make me want to tweet the fact that nobody broke into my house and tried to murder me today?

OT: Yea, I may like MLP:FiM, as if I can hide that fact considering my avatar and all, but a lot of the fans I've seen can sometimes take it too far. Especially on other forums I frequent, because even in this the Escapist tends to stay more awesome than anyone else. Still, it's a reason I now avoid pony threads all together. After all, where else are you going to have the zealots and the haters more tightly packed than such a thread?

Anyways, I loved that episode guys, and it's interesting to get a behind the scenes look at your show. As for the whiteboard, had a similar problem once, would say how to fix it if I had ever figured it out myself. >.>

Granted, now that I think about it, this probably counts as a pony thread doesn't it? So I'm breaking my own rule already here, but it's short still, and as of my writing this I have seen little venom, so lets roll with it.

I love when I get to see behind the scenes stuff. Honestly I'm more intrigued by that than I am the actual videos. As an aspiring filmmaker I love seeing how people make the things they make, how they handle obstacles that come up, and what type of equipment they use.

Please do more of these.
DAMN IT! You said everything I wanted to say! Yeah, so, pretty much that.

Also, Graham weaponizing dubstep made my week.

Love that you're making Loading Time a weekly thing now. This is my new favourite part about Thursdays.

Really enjoyed this behind the scenes look at the filming process at LRR. Can't wait to see more!
If you go the their website there is a large back catalogue of OTR videos.

I admit, this and the actual video got me back into LRR.

First Extra Credits and now the LRR crew. Next thing you know Yahtzee will be referencing them.

That's a bit of a scary though.
When did Extra Credits reference bronies and the like? Please tell.

OT: Well there are many different kinds of bronies. There's the kind who tries to convert anyone and everyone even if they don't like or don't watch the show and ARENT hating on it, these are generally disliked by most other bronies. Then there are bronies like me who are fine with people who have given the show a chance, who either just dislike it and go about their day or just can't be bothered to have another show to follow, but we aren't fine with people who deliberatly go into threads or topics that even only have a mention to bronydom and make their hate known to all, through use of words like "Ponyfag" and "Lulz u watch little girlz shows". Then there are bronies like Caramel Frappe, who are fine and tolerant with everything regarding ponies, something I find very hard to do.

Kathleen, shouldn't your pony have wings, since you are a Pega-Sis? And I have to say that the Graham Pony looks just like him. :)

Several of their videos included images from FiM, and the closing text in one of them was "And yes, friendship IS magic."

Oh yeh, would be awesome to hear their thoughts on this matter. Wonder if they are actually bronies, that would be so awesome.

Well Allison chooses the images, so that seems a fairly safe bet, and IIRC Daniel was on Desert Bus and showed the audience that his phone's background was Rainbow Dash's cutie mark.

Two down, one more to go! It's pretty awesome, us bronies have Notch, Extra Creditz, LRR, Yogscast and many more internet celebrities on our side. The haters have....

My actual out-loud reaction to the MLP avatars of the LRR crew:

"Oh. Dear. God."

Alright, LRR. You've attempted animated episodes before, but now you kind of have to at least try. We need an animated all pony LRR episode.

Fun vid! I love loading time.
my wrist hurts just thinking about the amount of art that would call for.

I appreciate all the whiteboard suggestions, but we have actually tried most of them :[
If you're still taking suggestions, covering the board in hairspray (though of course, making sure that it can be washed off again, won't harm the board and won't look terrible and obvious, etc.) might ameliorate the hot spots to some degree.

I've used hairspray to kill reflections off of actual mirrors in some plays I've lampied for more or less dead (though I have to admit they still had some degree of hotspotting on them) so I'm thinking that that might help with the white board issue provided you didn't need to write on it during the shot. And while I'm admitting possible problems I might also admit that the only lights which were close to being on the same level were the extremely long throw Front Of House spotlights and even they were a good 20 degrees off the normal... Meh. Just a thought.

Hehe, considering I dislike the concept of anime in general, I'd love to see someone convince me that an anime featuring technicoloured ponies is better than it looks.

Anyway, good behind the scenes video, and I'm glad to know that you didn't ACTUALLY watch all the MLP episodes.
