I could easily and happily watch the original Star Wars films all day, along with the Indiana Jones trilogy. When I was a kid I had days where I did just that, and that hasn't changed with age.

Hot Fuzz is probably one of these types of films. V for Vendetta, Porco Rosso and Wreck-It Ralph are all films I think I could watch all day as well.

Lion King.

I've been looping it a lot as a kid, and sometimes I still do watch it 2-3 times over a Sunday.

The two Sherlock Holmes movies by Guy Ritchie. Come to think of it, every episode of the BBC series Sherlock also, I guess those can count as films.
Furthermore, Boondock Saints, The Prestige and Les Sous-Doués. It's french and the dvd I own doesn't have subtitles, but I'll be damned if it isn't the ultimate feel-good movie.

I watched Stalker, Solaris(the original Russian one) and 2001 when crazy feverish last year, it was really serene and meditative being lost to the world like that and watching those movies, I think it would be cool for me to be in that state forever.

I'd say The Ninth Gate, the first Jurassic Park, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and Cloud Atlas.

Yes, I'm one of the weirdos who thought that the Tykwer/Wachowski collab was good.

I'm something of a Spielberg fan, in any case. I'll even watch downers like Schindler's List if the only alternative is one of my father's dubious Woody Allen comedies.

As yeah, I have a pretty intense loathing of the guy. ?Oh hey, human misery is so funny, in some ironic way I'm the only one who can see because I spend more time in therapy than anyone else in Hollywood!?

The Secret of NIMH and the first three Tremors movies. I've loved them all ever since I was a kid and I could watch them over and over again without ever getting tired of them.

The Royal Tenenbaums (The Darjeeling Ltd. to a slightly lesser extent) and Drive.

Can't get enough of them.

I used to watch Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure on at least a weekly basis. That and the sequel. I doubt it's ever going to be as good as I remember it to be if I went back and watched it again. Lol Nostalgia Goggles.

While not a film, this is on permanent repeat forever. The way they introduce Naoto at the end is just so cool.

"The BODY of a child, the BRAIN of a genius! The 2000 IQ Killjoy Detective: NAOTO SHIROGANE!"

It pains me that I can't play Shabrys and Naoto at the same time. I have to choose :(

Hot Fuzz, Rango, Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, Scott Pilgrim Vs the World, Tron: Legacy and Return of the Jedi.

I honestly think the reason I can watch them over and over is because of the music in them.

Does Howard the Duck count? I may be the only one... Hm. Labyrinth!!!

Pineapple Express, John Dies at the End and The Avengers. Especially John Dies at the End, the film is like the second coming of movie Jesus. In fact, I have to thank the Escapist, cuz I heard about JDatE through a thread here, so thank you whoever made that thread, you opened my eyes to the best movie and book ever, of all time.
I'm sad. I read "John Dies At The End", then watched the movie. I found the movie just terrible. Not even in terms of a book to movie title, but just as a movie in general. I would have loved a better adaptation, even if the movie had to be split into multiple parts. Oh well, back to "This Book is Filled With Spiders." xD

I have a 2 year old son, and I can safely say that my answer is "None". No matter how much you love a movie, seeing it on endless repeat does start to wear the shine down rather quickly.

OMG, Just finished "This Book is Filled With Spiders."! It's so good and, I don't know about you, while it wasn't quite as hilarious (still hilarious though) as JDatE it scares the shit out me. Well JDatE scared me as well but, and I won't spoil it if you're not far through, "This Book is Filled With Spiders." has some scary ass moments. Like it gave me nightmares.

I watched the original Star Wars movies so much as a kid that I almost wore down my VHS tapes. I used to be able to watch them on repeat all the time. Especially Empire Strikes back, which has always been my absolute favorite Star Wars movie.

It got to the point where if I were listening to just the soundtrack from the movies I could tell you exactly what scene it was from, what was happening in that scene and what the characters were saying.

Another movie I watched to death as a kid was Secret of NIMH. I absolutely love that movie, even today. I recently got a Blu-Ray copy of the movie and watched it. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as I remember it being from when I was a kid, but it's even better now that I'm older and can pick up on more things.

Just a few, but they're all pretty sweet.

Jurassic Park, Aladdin, The Lion King, Dracula: Dead and Loving It, and the 2006 remake of Flight of the Phoenix.

There's plenty of other movies I like, but that doesn't mean I'd be able to handle them over and over. I'm pretty sure I only picked these because at some point in my life I DID watch them on a loop for whatever.

Not sure if this counts, but I enjoy Walking with Dinosaurs. It's one of those things I can play in the background, have it run in a few hours, and play it again.

Starship Troopers and True Lies.

The only movie where i will always watch if i ever see them on TV. Therefore, it is only reasonable to assume i can watch them on repeat.
