Perhaps re-releasing FF7 would help as far as cash. ;P
Given the initial product's poor release, the following trial extensions, and up to this, it looks like SquEnixels is trying pretty damn hard to keep their customers from outright quitting if it weren't for its already latent game flaws. Despite this positive effort on their part, it seems like they're chasing a ghost of what the game could have been given an extended development time. This isn't just a rocky start to try and catch up to already established games, but rather, this is trying to get to the point where those established games even started out from almost.
