I was given the result of an 'organizer', I stopped reading the description after it said "They will enjoy mathematics"

I fucking hate maths.

Let's see.

"Keywords

Independent, Self-Motivated, Reserved, Introspective, Analytical, and Curious"

Yeah, that sounds about right. I was never exactly a social butterfly, but I do often get curious about how some of the little things I use every day work.

The investigative types gather information, analyze and interpret data, and inquire to uncover new facts. They have a strong scientific orientation, enjoy academic or research environments and prefer self-reliant jobs. Dislikes are group projects, selling, and repetitive activities.

I don't have a strong scientific orientation (science was almost consistently my worst subject in high school, while maths and English were where I shined), but I certainly enjoy academic environments, would prefer a self-reliant job, and dislike group work and repetitive schedules.

RESEARCHER OCCUPATIONS
Suggested careers are College Professor, Physician, Psychologist, Pharmacist, Chemist, Marketing Research, Inventor, Sales Forecasting, Project Engineer, Dentist, Identifying Consumer Demand, Chiropractor, Dentist, Medical Technician, Optometrist, Research & Development Manager, Respiratory Therapist, Real Estate Appraiser, Chiropractor, Veterinarian, Geologist, Physicist, Science Teacher, Medical Technologist, and Author of Technical Books.

Obviously they're throwing everything at the wall here, but what amused me most is the first one, because I've actually been very interested in becoming an English teacher or professor.

RESEARCHER WORKPLACES
Task-oriented careers where you can become absorbed in the job, be original and creative, and not conform to rigid company rules will work best for you. Unstructured organizations, for example, that allow you to sail your own ship are vital.

Suggested Researcher workplaces are universities and colleges, home office positions, medical facilities, computer-related industries, scientific foundations and think tanks, research firms, and design laboratories.

These both sound like they would easily suit my tastes. Especially the parts about working in a university, home office, medical facility, or computer-related industry.

Keywords:

Emotionally Stable, Reliable, High Energy, Practical, Thrifty, and Persistent

These adventurous types prefer action-oriented, concrete problems rather than dealing with thought-provoking, ambiguous, abstract dilemmas. Fields of interest include mechanical, construction, and outdoor careers. They might also enjoy working with machines, tools, and equipment to repair or build something.

Not quite so sure about this one. I like to think I'm emotionally stable, reliable, practical, and occasionally persistent, but I can't honestly say I am high energy or thrifty. I find concrete problems to be easier to solve, but I don't mind a good thought-provoker every now and then. But none of those fields of interest fit me particularly well.

Blue-Green

If you selected blue and green: You are at your best when you can anchor others with supportive suggestions. Your personable listening skills make you a success with colleagues, customers or clients who trust you with even their most crucial decisions.

Make more money by seeking environments that give you the opportunity to manage people, information or workplace environments.

Consider niches as a writer, actor, accountant, psychologist or departmental manager.

Sounds fairly accurate. Everyone seems to consider me to be a good listener, and I prefer to support rather than lead if I can help it. What interested me most about this one is the writer recommendation, as that is the primary field of work that I wish to enter.

Overall, I'm moderately impressed.

Holy shit it works!

I got Creator which is exactly why I am studying to be a teacher because it offers the flexibility to be creative :)

I also enjoy art, music and drama. I like to work independently and basically agree with everything it said. Haha!

My second option was 'persuader' which basically means leadership and control over what I do and believe in.

Best: CREATOR OCCUPATIONS:

"Nonconforming, Impulsive, Expressive, Romantic, Intuitive, Sensitive, and Emotional"

Educational careers

Well, at least I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing (History Teacher)

2nd best: You're a PERSUADER:

Witty, Competitive, Sociable, Talkative, Ambitious, Argumentative, and Aggressive

Positions of leadership, power, and status.

I've always wanted to be the 'evil' overlord of all humanity. Let's get to work.

Weird. Cool, but weird.
The test told me I'm a Creator (Researcher as 2nd option), and I'm about 3 semesters away from attaining my Master of Education. I don't know how this thing works, probably magic and rainbows, but it's spot-on. I'm gonna hold on to this link.

Secondary category is Organizer! Wait... What? I'm... Not that organized.

Keywords:

Nonconforming, Impulsive, Expressive, Romantic, Intuitive, Sensitive, and Emotional

These original types place a high value on self-expression. They enjoy working independently, being creative, using their imagination, and constantly learning something new. Areas of interest are far beyond the expected fields of art, drama, music, and writing. There are many occupations that allow creators to express, assemble, or implement ideas and maximize resources.

Though I don't believe in this for a second. Explain to me scientifically how can color preference tell you anything about a person. I demand an explanation.

holy shit, that's weirdly accurate. Then again, its interpretations and option are almost as open as your mom's cooch so it's about as useful and effective as horoscopes. :/

Oh my god, it's just like astrology.
While I'm impressed that this "choose a color" deal can give spot-on results, I'm afraid you are right. I've found that personality tests are, in fact, a lot like astrology: spread enough common traits across several different types, and BOOM --- "my gosh, that's me!!!"

I got Creator first, Social Manager second.

So I'm an independent and expressive person, but without being pushy or overbearing with those that I work with.

Well not completely accurate since secretarial data entry type jobs would bore me to death, but closer than I was expecting.

hrmph seems kind of like astrology where it uses really broad terms and descriptions allowing the reader to lock on to what matters to them.

It suggested Actor, Psychologist and... accountant? What the hell do those have to do with each other?

I don't think there's any combination that will suggest a cop/detective since you don't need to go to college for those.

I took it and it told me to go to Grand Canyon University in Arizona. Still with that last question for the colors I disliked a lot of them equally so I just clicked them at random. Don't know how much that affected the test.
Lol that was an ad.

OT: It's surprisingly accurate. I indeed like to think of myself as a "creator". (I enjoy making games more than I enjoy playing them)

Well that was all that was on my page. Well why not I'll go try it again and see what actually comes out.

captcha: stinking rich. Well that's a good sign.
EDIT: It said I was energetic and emotionally stable (about as wrong as you can be about me) then told me to go work in places with physical risks. Yeah I think I'll just choose for myself.
