I know this sounds cliche but just be yourself first dates are really just to get to know eachother. It is really important just to relax and not get ahead of yourself. If things go fubar then its not a big deal there will be other girls.

For conversation ask about her mostly like I said first dates are really get to know someone. Overall relax and just play it cool dont get so nervous you clam up and babble things that arent actually words and dont ramble on forever about nothing. So in the end good luck and just be yourself that is all I can say.

Be a gentleman. and by that, I mean do the things Mothers and Fathers SHOULD be teaching their kids when it comes to dating.

1. Open doors for her. Every door. This especially includes the car door. Every girl I've been on a date with has always adored the fact that door was opened for her every time.

2. Pull out her chair for her at the restaurant. Ya, it seems really tacky to do the first time, but goodness man, this is one that will make her remember your date forever.
