actually, i feel quite sorry for the lion. i don't really think killing it was necessary.

and no, i didn't think of warhammer 40k. never even played it.

The article said it didn't die and suffered only a minor laceration.

I first thought of Gears of War really, at least that was the first image that came into my head. But yes, W40K fits this as well.
