Why in the name of everything holy, scientific, philosophic and generally occuring would you WANT A BAD FILM OF A BAD GAME

It wan't even a game! YOU DID NOTHING. And there was no replay value beyond asthetics.

I hate Spore. I waited three years for it, I am not letting them get any more money out of it

Urgh... Yet another movie-to-game conversion. These'll never work! Why can't Hollywood see that?!?!

It would work if they stopped choosing terrible games to base movies off of. If a Halo, Splinter Cell, Mass Effect, or even Modern Warfare movie were well directed and well written, then I could see videogame-movie adaptations working just fine. Instead, they choose bland shit like Tomb Raider, Mortal Kombat, Doom and Lost Planet; games with very little in the way of interesting stories.

Prince of Persia is the first I've seen that has real potential and the trailers look decent, but I'm not holding my breath.
