Think what you want about Fox news, but this guy's majorly funny, you can't deny it.
And he brought up some really insightful points about our (well American, can't speak for anyone else) society today.

SO, do you think Andy Levy was out of line? Did he take it too far? Or was he totally in the right? Even though this completely isn't any news of any importance, did the video change your image of Fox even a little bit?

edit: Okay, I'm starting to REALLY regret asking that last question. :(
Are people even watching the video before posting?

Well, I live in the DC Metropolitan area, so Fox has to be a little more balanced here, due to all the politics going on.
While they do tend to make big scares over little stuff, like a little girl getting drunk off of licking hand sanitizer (that happened a few years back), we luck out on not having to put up with crazy stuff.

Considering Chris Brown is a total asshole, this guy is pretty much in the right here.

Oh my god that was hilarious! I was cracking up. But no, this guy doesn't change my opinion of Fox News as a whole. I have a Christian friend. She's awesome. But that doesn't mean I believe in their stuff. Fox News is ridiculously biased toward the Republican party. And they take every chance they can get to attack Obama. Fair and balanced my ass, ha ha. They're so right wing they can only fly sideways. And that O'Reilly guy is as big a joke as Nancy Grace. They should hook up.

Yeah kind of like him. Fox news isn't all bad but I generally disagree with their more political diatribes and some of their social commentaries.

Basically I'll side with them whenever they target an even bigger asshole, like the Westoboro Baptist Church or Chris Brown.

whats funny is that people believe that fox is not a reputable news source yet fox and CNN show the same news. they report the same news but give different twists on it, CNN more liberal and fox more conservative. Maybe before some people get brainwashed by the ideals instilled upon them by their news station of choice they should just look at the facts. I don't give 2 shits where my news comes from as long as its true, that's why I don't read the national enquirer.

now i think we can be a little more mature, the FAUX thing is old and isnt 100% accurate, and until they kill 12 million people and try to conquer europe there's no need to call people hitler. way to prove goodwin right.

While i dont really like ANY television news outlet, i watch fox because they do have shows that are self parody and dont take things too seriously. Also Shepard Smith looks like he could kill a guy at any moment and want to see if he does that one day.

It is funny...but I can also say that the Nazis brought us jets, missiles, and advanced surgery techniques and it still doesn't outweigh the bad...

I would respect fox news a little more if they at least half-assed being a reputable news source rather than being a cartoon of a news source...

I can't say I'm a fan of Fox, but I will say the majority of the people like to make it out to be a lot worse than it actually is (I'm guessing the most they've ever actually seen of the station are a select few clips regarding Mass Effect). I have a mother who watches it just about every day, believe me, I see quite a bit of it.

Some of the hate they get is totally warranted - I think Obama is the worst President in the history of the United States, and I'll be the first to say they take to ragging on the guy way too often. In addition, the Republican Party is never, ever responsible for things they're totally responsible for, the "Progressive Agenda" is what's single-highhandedly destroying America, and, of course, video games are the devil's work.

But on the other hand, they do generally make an effort to present both sides of an argument, sometimes even fairly (sometimes), and in all honesty Glenn Beck isn't quite the extremist he's often made out to be (I'm no fan of his, but having seen more of him than most people here, he falls more toward the small-government grassroots movement than the typical right-wing zealots like Bachmann or Perry do).

To be fair, this forum strikes me as being as left wing as Fox is right wing half the time. A lot of you do the same thing they often do: you talk about things you don't know about as if you knew about it, and your mind is already made up before the discussion has even begun. Not any worse, but exactly an improvement.

TL;DR = Fox isn't great, but isn't quite the EEEEVIL news station it's made out to me.

FOX is known worldwide as one of the most biased media vehicles anywhere on Earth today. Even its most rabid fans can hardly dispute that. A quick Internet search will make this even clearer.

Since I don't live in the US, I watch it about thrice a week for a good laugh. The channel usually delivers.

I actually heard CNN in Europe is the prime us new source and is seen as a joke.

Other then that every news source is biased, when you use people to deliver news and ask for their OPINION, people do tend to give their honest opinion. You can't expect to not get bias when you involve people into anything ever. That's like asking the tides to stop rolling with the moon still in existence. It just isn't gonna happen.

I love Red Eye, and I do enjoy a healthy dose of Andy Levy, daily (except weekends). Also, some people need to stop the attack on Fox News simply because some of the people on their shows say things you don't agree with.

Anyway, Andy is clever, and his attack on Chris Brown's followers was certainly righteous. It made me smile when I watched it a few nights ago, and it makes me happy again seeing it now.

Have you not watched Fox? It's fin hilarious how Barracknophobia and just idiocy runs rampant in that chain. That doesn't mean their bias is something we should appreciate.

No, I think I will continue to attack Fox News, thank you very much. I will very much look forward to when the next white celebrity falls under Chris's acid tongue for the very same things he takes Chris Brown to task for...Oh wait...that won't happen.

P.S. Chris Brown is still a douchebag and a sorry excuse for a man as well as a human being.

The news part of Fox news is fine. The part people have problems with is the opinion hour(s).

And yea, I think celebrities who commit felonies shouldn't be allowed the luxury of having it forgotten, because like it or not, they are role-models for a lot of people and reminding people of their wrongdoings is a service to those who would think to follow after them. If this part of being famous doesn't appeal to you, too bad. It's a package deal.

CNN is seen internationally as the major source for US news, and of course it is seen as a joke, but never a joke as funny and blithering as FOX.

Mind you, I'm not saying that any kind of news source isn't biased. We all know they are. But, there are degrees, FOX usually being the lowest bar possible.

There might be other news agencies that are more biased than FOX, but none is so loud, well-financed and unashamed of its doings.

Fair enough but then again what is to be expected when they can boast the number one rating on tv. I bet if CNN had that title they to would boast like ostentatious morons.

I don't really care either way about fox news, but I will say this guy's got the right idea. Some idiot beats his girlfriend, and gets no lasting punishment for it. At least we can mock him for it.
