I've never seen the show but after seeing the advert for it every 5 minutes for a month, with the same agonizingly un-funny scenes, I'd never want to.
Shit, annoying adverts mean I'll never watch the show.
Also, fuck canned laughter.

I think I know what ad you're talking about. It's terrible, I agree, and isn't at all indicative of the show.

Yeah sorry, I meant canned laughter in general but it's not clear in my post. It's the ad with the fat girl in the catsuit? And there's a few other things in there as well. Someone in advertising fucked up, ads are supposed to draw people into the show!

Oh, yeah. It's kind of funny in context, but Maw Maw (the one in the cat suit) is one of the least funny aspects of the show.

She has her moments, but it's more the things she sets in motion that are funny, rather than her actually doing anything, of that makes sense. She causes funny, without being funny.
