Ok, let me explain this a bit more clearly. From December 19th - January 1st there was a Steam Holiday Sale. Each day there were 5-6 achievements from random Steam games. For each completed achievement there was a chance to win a piece of coal, a cupon or a free game. Every 7 coals you collected could be exchanged for a gift which could contain a cupon or a free game. Cupons are valid until March 2nd 2012, so that's why many people still have them in their inventory and are willing to give them away.Shadowcreed said:

This kinda sucks, I'm an achievement huntah and had NO clue about this event whatsoever, damn you steam!
