On a cold winter night, a convoy of 2 mid sized sedans, traveling back from an enjoyable evening of snowtubing, came to a furious snow drift.
Taunting them to atempt to traverse its many hidden boons and traps. The silver sedan was first to attempt the crossing. Barely managing to cling to the path set forth by other adventurers, many a time did the silver sedan sway from the path. The ditch watched the silver sedan near its grasp only to be foiled by the might of the winter tires.
Soon enough the silver sedan had crossed the snowy plane and approached the stop sign.
Only to realize that fate had not been so kind to the other vehicle.
The purple sedan battled to free itself from the maw of the ditch, but all its attempts were in vein.
With the purple sedan rendered immobile, the passengers of the other vehicle rushed over to help, only to realize this task could not be completed by the two of them.
They needed to enlist the help of the gaurdians. They needed to help of the Canucks.
The brave adventures traveled a great distance, faced with mountains of snow and icey winds on their face, they traveled to the lair of the Great Canadians.
Once they reached the great fortess of the Canucks. Our warriors summoned them. They presented themselves with a hardy smile and a mug of ale.
"Oh great ones! We have come to beg of your aid, our colleage has fallen trap to the vicous ditch."
"We shall come, and we shall free you of this great burden" replyed the Canadian.
And they came, with the full force of 3 shovels and a Nissian SUV had to offer.
It was a great battle, many times the valients efforts were foiled by another of the ditches sly tricks.
In the end the car was retrieved from the ditch and was able to continue its journey.
When the travelers offered the Canucks a reward, they did not accept. Replying it is ones civil duty to help those in need.
Now that I've got that out of the way, I'll tell you the english version of what happened.
A friends car got stuck in a snow drift and went into the ditch. I got a few of the locals to help her get her car out.
I thought I should let people know of the good deed that happened today.
Let me know your stories of how some stranger has helped you out of a jam.
