I'm having trouble describing it, so I'll give you instructions on how to make this pose yourself. Use your right hand.
1. Touch the tip of your 1st finger to the tip of your thumb, making a circle.(Or the "a-ok" sign)
2. Line up the rest of your fingers with your 1st finger, making a kind of half-cylinder.
3. Place your hand about an inch away from your crotch, with your thumb farthest away from you.(Palm up)
4. Bend knees slightly.
5. Adopt a crude facial expression of your choice. (This is crucial)
6. Raise your left hand and extend the middle finger.
7. .....Profit?
