Saskatchewan, Toronto and Quebec, the places the rest of us love to pick on. Really, Toronto and Quebec deserve it was more though. From what I've seen, people from Saskatchewan aren't that bad. They can't drive worth a damn, but no one from the prairies can, because mountain roads here in BC aren't straight, which is an adjustment for prairie folk. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they're as nice as Newfies, but they're not Torontonians by a long shot.
(Note, this was largely a joking post. I'm sure there are decent people from Toronto, and a good friend of mine is from Montreal originally. Albertans really can't drive worth crap on BC roads though.)
Really. You do know that the Crows nest goes through heavy mountians. Ever drive Jasper to Banff past Athabasca falls? Honestly man, I have fished enough in BC to know how to drive and understand gearing through the mountains just as well as anybody (save for a logger and the like).
But I'll agree with that statement and Vancouver. What moron designed the road from TransCanada into downtown Vancouver anyways? Jesus. Everything outside the mountains turns into a congestion shit pit.
OK, yes, parts of Alberta also have mountains, and people from or frequently in those parts know what the fuck they're doing. However, take your average person from, say, Medicine Hat (apologies to anyone from Medicine Hat, I picked a city in Alberta without going with the typical Calgary/Edmonton), and they'll be pretty bad. And the ones that are confident are almost worse. When roads twist as much as they do here, you should not be doing 140.
And Vancouver's basically a slightly smaller Toronto with less smog and more rain.
