You know, when it come to those console vs pc debate, I always bring this up for a anti pc point.

Seriously how long till this get released properly without bugs? When an unexpected future Batman come out?

Aside from the fact that console wars and console vs PC arguments are just stupid. That's a really bad point to make considering this is a problem originating from the publisher, it's not a problem with the platform.

So how do I get a refund or anything on it if it was part of a deal when I bought some PC parts?

I ended up buying the game for my ps4
Sounds like the game was free. Did you get a free copy when you bought a GFX card?

I don't think you're entitled to a refund for something like this.

Oh WB...could you please drop this BS line of "you care about your customers and have quality standards" because it's obviously not true at all, otherwise Arkham Knight would never have released like that in the first place, refunds is a decent move, but next time, just delay the PC release and offer a discount or some free DLC as compensation for waiting, that is, if you truly do care about your customers as you love to claim

Man, hopefully they'll have everything fixed by the time I get the game (goty edition + steam sale).

I can't believe the game is still so broken. I feel like they'd be better off giving it away and trying to make up for it later with all of the dlc and the season pass.

I was really looking forward to this game, too. :(

I said it before and I now feel more sure of it than ever: this isn't merely a case of WB cheaping out (I'm sure that's a big part of it, but it isn't the whole story) this is a sign that their entire middle-management structure is screwed six ways from Sunday: somewhere in the chain is a person/team(s) told to accomplish something within an impossible time-span, who then misrepresents their reports to not catch shit from their boss, who then in turn is massaging the reports further to not catch shit from their boss, all the way up the chain until some executive is erroneously told 'it's all ready to go!'

good thing i keep my fingers of it and dont even bother getting it in the first place.
taking this long to fix it is rather baffling. did they even bother to fix it? did they even test it first? i think WB really doesnt care. MKX had also serious issues when it came out. i also could not play it until 4 patches later or so. especially two 15 GB patches.

Might as well keep it off the shelves at this point. You're only going to see a trickle of people show interest in this turd on PC at this point after all this shit. Sometimes you just have to chalk something up as a loss and tossing further money into it at this point is ridiculous.

If WB had any integrity they would offer a key to something, anything else to their customers. But being WB they'll probably shit more money into this , a coat of paint's worth, sell it "as is" and take what they can get out of round three.

Warner Bros offering us our legal rights? What has the world come to!

you cant because the games given with hardware are considered gifts and not purchases.

Its not anti-PC point though. its anti-WB. PC ports work great when done correctly (see: mad max) and its hardly pc fault that some publishers are moronic pc haters.

By then, your computer will be powerful enough to steamroll over the unoptimised issues.
Depends on the issues really. My PC can run GTA 5 on high/ultra settings at 60 fps. i cannot run Gta 4 at 60 fps. gta 4 is just that badly optimized that it performs worse than 5.

Except how hard could they have tried to essentially release the game multiple times in borderline unplayable states? Seriously, a closed beta could have solved that. Even if not the first time around, the second time.

Well you probably shouldn't bring it up. It's got nothing to do with the platform but to do with the fact that it's a badly developed game. A single game, does not an argument make. What of Skyrim PS3(which took over a year to fix if memory serves) or Tony Hawks 5, or AC Unity? Do they make the PS3 or consoles bad? Of course not.

Holy shit, what a fucking mess this turned out to be. The developers and publishers are going to need to eat a lot of humble pie after this cock-up.

Oh Warner Bros.... just when you had pretty much everything going your way, breakout hit after breakout hit; it was almost like you could do no wrong.

Then, for whatever reason, you palmed off a porting job to a small, no-name studio that had never made a PC game before.

You just have to wonder how they were doing so well with the exact same execs at the helm that obviously made that stupid decision.

Must admit I specifically bought a GTX970 for this game, it came bundled.
Luckily I'm part of the very few (it seems) who the game worked for since release.

Otherwise I would have been ropeable...

And don't forget the rather "special" Shadow of Mordor NDA last year.
The Prdoducts they have to puplish are good, just the buisness desitions are hardly ideal.

Feels like someone is playing "Games Publisher Simulator" on easy.
