For me, most of my favourite hillarious glitches were on Oblivion - especially when I had to chase down and kill an old woman for the Dark Brotherhood with a huge sword and found an Imperial watch guard shouting "For the Legion!" and finishing the job for me.

For creepy however, it would be the flashlight glitch on Silent Hill (when you turn it on everything goes pitch black) which had me spending half the game in even more fear.

Any glitch in Oblivion is either hilarious or wrecks the game for you. :(

not a glitch, but how sickeningly OP the tank was in anymap that had a dumsper, log, car, or scissorlift. srsly, in any map including 1 of such, i could wreck the enemy team to bits on 4 secs.

for glitch, i have to go with the annoying glitches (maybe fixed now, but i dont play this game anymore) in Warhammer online. sometimes, ur person was invisible, walked 1 feet above the ground, or 1 feet into the ground.

I once had a glitch in Oblivion which caused all the people of Leyawin to freeze, their bodies were still there, but I was able to walk straight through them.
Now every time I enter that town I'm worried that it will happen again.

Well after seeing all these cute, little monsters a mass of pixels screaming glitchy music at you it's not suprising...

Well I can't say I cried, but it damn well scared the shit out of me the first time, before I found the vast amount of masterballs it could offer me.

But another pokemon one would be Glitch City, I found that once and could never remember how it happened.

Ahh, Oblivion Glitches...

I found myself trying to remember other games with funny glitches, but came up blank. Oblivion takes the cake on those.

I know that it was pretty amusing. Occasionally you'd end up provoking an NPC to attack you some way or another, and you'd run back to a town, and they'd punch you, and the guards would jump on em and slaughter them unremorsefully. Good times.

I know once in a Tony Hawk game I crashed but instead of crashing I started skating on the bottom of the ground upside down. The game froze a few seconds later as expected. Programmers don't take these sorts of things into account...

Last time I played Oblivion, I was walking through Cheydinhal near a priest of some sort, and out of nowhere the entire guards' barrack emptied. They beat the hell out of the priest, and then turned to me, and said in ONE voice at the same time...

STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM! NO ONE BREAKS THE LAW ON MY WATCH.

STALKER. Shot a barrel, it got stuck for a second, I walked up to it and touched it, then it rocketed away from me into a story-important character. I was too busy laughing to rage at the bullshit event.

I have found some very creepy Oblivion glitches, I swear the game designers added them in on purpose for laughs. The most screwed up one i found happened as i was walking down a road in the middle of nowhere and suddenly an imperial guard on a horse shows up and speaks to me. However his body is spinning around the horse slowly until his body from the waist up is underneath the horse with his legs and the actual horse being where they should be.

My buddy was playing Oblivion, and just so happened to be half naked atop a building in Bruma, shooting arrows at guards. When they tried to arrest him (they couldn't, as he was on a building) they ran to and fro around the building, accelerating until they were just a yellowish blur.

It was like trying to peg Sonic the Hedgehog with a paper airplane.

The original Saints Row.

The whole game was glitch-tastic. My favorite though was when your character would just
fall into the ground itself and end up in a weird, inverted world....before exploding.
