All of them please :D

Really though, I'd have Master Chief (kickass awesome), and Alice from American McGee's Alice. Simply because she's sarcastic, attractive, good with most weapons, a bit of a sadist (always handy in a fight, plus I like that side of the character's personality ;D), and just generally kickass awesome, much like MC. That's all I'd need.

In fact, the only reason MC would be on my side is because I wouldn't want to fight against him. Otherwise, Alice already fills all the requirements for me, plus as I said I just love the dark sadistic side to her ;)

i would say Sephiroth but I doubt he'd actually help out, he'd probably sit in the corner being smug and talking mobid shit, same goes for cloud and vincent. It depends on what the situation is or who were against, if were up against a crew of thugs ready to kill me, I'd take Barret and Sagat, If I was up against a real threat then I would take gogeta at his highest form given that DBZ are incredibly over powered and lets face facts there more powerfull than any other thing created in any form of media, also becuase theres like 20 DBZ games that means he's a video game character.

Just looking at the trailers, Alex mercer from prototype looks like he's shaping up to be the most powerful videogame character ever.

Wesker in the back.
Kratos to my right.
The chief covering left.
And Riddick off in the shadows somewhere.

A Big Daddy
The main character from Bioshock
Dante from DMC
And the main character from Skate 2

I could hide behind the Big Daddy and fear for my life while Dante and the Bioshock dude slaughter stuff and the Skate 2 guy shoves skateboards through people's faces.

Delta Squad from Republic Commando

You win with this post. Although If I had to choose between them I'd take Sev.
The rest of my team would include Master Chief, The Arbiter, Halfjaw the Spec-Ops Elite, Snake, The Cole Train, Raiden in Cyborg-Ninja form, Kratos, Jack from Madworld, Jack from Bioshock, 2 Big Daddies (1 Rosie 1 Bouncer), and for the hell of it; Gravemind.

I'd put together only the finest Ultimate Team of Ultimate Badasses;

Kratos
Albert Wesker
Dante
Solid Snake
JC Denton
Gordon Freeman
Auron
Alex Mercer
Jack Ryan
Samus Aran

And then the world would explode from too much awesome.

Captain Price (Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare) - Never underestimate the mutton chops. Ever.
Commander Shepherd (Mass Effect) - He owns the most kickass spaceship in the galaxy. I guess I'd need to bring Joker along too, to fly it, but that's cool.
Dog (Half-Life 2) - Powerful, loyal, and upgradable. What more do you need? Plus, you'd get to encounter Alyx Vance, and how is that a bad thing?
The Spy (Team Fortress 2) - While Price and Shepherd are shooting at the enemies, and Dog is throwing cars at them, The Spy would easily be able to sneak up behind them and shank them in the back. Not to mention the ability to sneak unnoticed behind enemy lines.
The Announcer (Unreal Tournament series) - No matter how well you do in a fight, having The Announcer from UT declaring everything you do makes it that much more epic. (No pun intended.)

I could probably list about twenty or thirty, but those are the ones I'd choose off the bat.
