The KotOR plot twist, I honestly had to pause the game and reflect on that one, and how amazing the revelation was.

And the end sequence of Mass Effect
Great cutscenes, choice, consequence and kick ass credit music.

In WoW, when I first got to a major capital city.
And Lost Planet 2, though it's only a trailer. The battle with Red Eye.

The later endings in Drakengard, 'nuff said.
Woohoo! At least someone else that knows of Drakengard. ^_^

Uh...for me, probably the ending of Shadow of the Colossus and in Okami, spanning between the point of no return and the ending itself. Holy crap, that was amazing.

One of my personal favorites was the first collossus' death in SOTC. I went wow. But my all time from that game is the flying colossus over the water. When ikilled it. Watching it die down into the water i went. "Wow...IM A HORRIBLE PERSON!" Yes I cried. I know theres othes i've wowed to.

Nearly every Cutscene in Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, it's just mindblowing seeing that much epic monster roar out of such a small screen, then realise you're going to have to spend the next 45 minutes trying to kill it and that's every quest.

Devil May Cry fight scenes.
Absolutely.

Also
The most epic birdcrap ever. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLIAotZxOsc&feature=related]

Also, any Fable 2 FMVs involving The Spire. Some the best graphics I've seen in a game, and it makes me wonder why the graphics in the actual game itself were so terrible.

This isn't a moment but when I FINALLY beat TMNT IV: Turtles in Time for the Super Nintendo I quite literally dropped the controller and my jaw hit the floor. I had been playing that game for at LEAST 12 years and to just pick it up one day in my dorm and beat it by MYSELF in half an hour just boggled my mind.

Uncharted 2's entire "Train sequence." Namely, outrunning the chopper into the tunnel.
Um, hell yes! That last part with the train cart spiralling towards you was one of those "Oh shiiiiiiiit!" moments. I thought the end bridge collapse was quite good too, if a bit cliche.

The end of Act 3, parts of Act 4 and the final half of Act 5 in Metal Gear Solid 4.
The end of Mass Effect.
The end of Shadow of the Colossus, which I just finished yesterday.
A lot of the levels in Uncharted 2.

Definitely the first time intros of stuff in Fallout 3. Example:
first seeing the megaton gate open, first seeing a super mutant, rtc.

Most impressive would definitely be leaving the vault for the first time
though. The way they got that sun glare and every thing. Simply astounding.

The ending and the entire story of Assassin's Creed 2, first time I have ever actually been interested in the story of a game.

And the graphics of GTA IV

The twist that's presented in Silent Hill 2 after James watches the video tape - I seriously couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Metal gear solid 3 *spoilers ahead*
Snake is being tortured, loses his eye gets shot in the leg (by the boss). Volgan decides he's done with Snake and Snake gets thrown in the prison cell. He uses a fork to pick out the bullet, which has a fake death pill in it. He takes the fake death pill, and when it's feeding time the guard who was going to feed him investigates. He swallows his tooth which contains the thing that negates the death pill and kills the guard with the fork. This alerts the whole base and he manages to escape by using their sewer tunnels and jumping out of it into the river below "fugitive" style. Then, half dead, he walks down the river while being haunted by the sorrow and seeing the ghosts of all the soldiers he's killed. At the end of this hallucination he "dies" and then wakes up in reality underwater at the end of the river where he left the illusion. I was in a pure state of "Holy Fuck."

Left 4 dead 2 + Versus + Idiots = Alot of wow moments. You'd be amazed how slowly some people can react, even without puke all over them.

Some of the awesome cutscenes in Bayonetta, then died because it had a quicktime event.
LOL... oh god...

QTEs suck!

I would say I had to stop playing Doom 3 a couple of times cause it was too tense for me. This was when I was about 17ish. A wow moment recently would be countless scenes from Uncharted 2. Working my way through Mass Effect and then hopefully Mass Effect 2.
