The WoW quest line has some pretty epic moments, like some cutscenes even, and it has some lulz worthy easter eggs and such. But yeh, after 80 it's a total time waster. It could be fun to check out other races, for their side of the story, but for the rest.AfterAscon said:Such a time sink and very little is accomplished. Especially trying to break in a lvl 80 at the moment, everyone has epics making it extremely hard to do anything worth while. Battlegrounds: people all have epics and are too strong. Dungeons and raids: don't have good enough gear... etcSev said:WoWDungeon, DPS is outtanking the tanker, The mage is out DPS'ing the DPS'ers. The Healer is dead all the time ... And this was the first group I was able to find for that particular dungeon for days (literally) It took us five hours and seven tries for one lousy little dungeon.
Sure you do,but just in case you don't know; there is a pretty good unofficial patch available for that game. Makes it run pretty reliably if you ever feel like playing it again, and why wouldn't you, it's an amazing game.countrysteaksauce said:When a poorly coded game keeps crashing or doing odd things.
I'm looking at you Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines.
Still a great game though.
VTM:Bloodlines is not nearly as bad with the community patch, but yeah I remember playing that game without even the final official patch and my god... perhaps the single most unstable game I have ever played. So good, so amazing, so well told... such bad bad bad code.countrysteaksauce said:When a poorly coded game keeps crashing or doing odd things.

You forgot the Strider battle at the end of Episode 2. ON EASY. That was my moment of gaming hell <_<MiracleOfSound said:Gamer hell is anytime the mechanics of a came conspire to piss you off and fuck you over, through no fault of your own... therefore denying you anything resembling fun
Like:
Meteor bits in dead Space
Escort missions in GTA4
The toxic tunnel in Half Life 2
The whole lot of Red Ninja: End of Honour
I've seen it. It does add a few items but I found that it does occasionally crash, especially when choosing character history.Actual said:Sure you do,but just in case you don't know; there is a pretty good unofficial patch available for that game. Can't be arsed to google it now, but it's out there.
Not true because there are others that can be added to this list so its not a trinity! Theres Blue Screen of Death that came WAY Before RRoD.. And many more that i choose not to remember due to horrible memories that scared my child hood!Gunner 51 said:Gamer Hell is unholy trinity of the Yellow Light of Doom, the Red Ring of Death and the Broken Wii Remote.
