Whenever the game freezes when I'm about to start a battle or during a loading screen, it makes me want to beat someone to death with my controller. I spent 15 minutes finding the Colossus; don't make me do it again!

I had that something similar to that happen to me in Final Fantasy IX. During the Tiamat battle on Disc 4, whenever he attacked, the game stopped loading the attack midway. He was going through some serious convulsion-like behavior until I just popped open the disc slot (I have a PS2 Slim, so you can do that.), spun the disc manually, and then closed the lid hoping the battle would continue. It eventually worked...after the seventh attempt. After going through that, I lost, so you may be able to imagine how ticked I was.

That sucks I used a similar trick when I was fighting the Elder Wyrm in Final Fantasy 12, but it worked on my first try.

Three things that are bound to send me into blind rage:
Campers (esp. those who surround themselves with explosives)
Random frag grenades.
Dick faces who use glitches.

this is going back a while now, but i was playing red steel not long after the wii was released, i went to throw a grenade by flicking the nunchuk, accidentaly let go of the nunchuk while i swung it back and it hit me in the face giving me a black eye. when that happened i just thought 'screw this' and lobbed the wiimote (nunchuk attached) across the room. probably my worst gamer rage moment i can remember.

And this is why I don't like the Wii for serious gaming! I had similar problems when I played Red Steel. That, and I'd end up with bloody tennis elbow from flinging the stupid thing round like a lunatic trying to get it to register my movements!

I tend to yell: " WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU EXPECT OF ME YOU UTTER WANG!" At a gamer that just fucks me over. Recently it's been Trauma Centre: Under The Knife on the DS. Just not enough time to sort out the op.

Mostly when I spend hours into a game then something mucks up and u have to replay it. example A) I played through 3 hours of final fantasy 6 at te age of 10 got pretty far but totally forgot to save due to complacency of all games auto-saving came back and had to start again..not amused example B) Pokemon yellow god knows how long i spent on that ages my first proper game boy game i fell in love had a lvl 99 pikachu nearly lvl 100 my little sister asks to play starts a new game and what do u know one save slot I say again ONE SAVE SLOT what where they thinking?

I rage only when in certain games are levels where is a lot of walking around and searching for some useless items like toster combined with onions only to get a damn key to the door leading further (and the door engages you in a epic battle of "You shan't pass!" because you scratched it) . Seriously, tediousness just makes me want break everything apart.

In others games when I can't succeed with something after few (well maybe a lil' bit more ) tries I decide to stop and try later, and, my god, it often helps :O

You know what else is tedious? Video games.
