Mass Effect 2
I liked the game a lot, a real lot but not quite as much as the first one.

The one thing that pissed me off the most about it was that the game sort of locked up at certain points, not allowing you to finish any more quests, and immediately moving you along the story. (Horizon and the Collector Ship) I really would've liked it if that were not the case.

shutup you asshats
the mako was good shit in bad wrapping paper
Yeah, what's with the Mako hate? I seriously didn't have a problem with it. Okay, the controls could have been tweaked a little, but nothing to go on a hate parade over.
4x4ing on alien worlds was a far cry better than the 'probe' mini game
the just needed to make the areas a little smaller
or make it automatic, why is the captain and his team of crack commandos out surveying minerals anyway
let private bitchface handle it, damnit
So your main problem is laziness?
laziness of the developer, yes
How is you not wanting to explore planets and gather needed resources laziness from the developer? They designed and implemented the Mako, the terrain and all the other stuff on all the planets. All YOU have to do is actually go and have a looksie around. Whining 'cause Private Bitchface ain't around to do the jobs you don't want is actually pretty much the definition of laziness.

Soul Reaver could have been still alive today only they didn't improve the combat. I don't know why people didn't buy the sequels to this amazing game, it had some of the best voice acting I've ever seen in a game not to mention the story.

The Saboteur, great game but there are plenty of issues. It could have been great but there were too many faults.

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. Great game with fantasic writing, dialogue and a great story mixed with amazing gameplay....which had glitches up the ass and the worst ending I've ever seen.

GTAIV. The weakest addition to the series yet. Running and climbing over things was needlessley awkward, I only ever used two or three guns in the entire game, car handling was pretty terrible, and the story was utter garbage. It's like they took a J-RPG story and Americanized it. Instead of over-long angsty dialogue, we get critically short sentences traded between characters in the most manly way possible, even among the women.

Ninety percent of the game's features don't even get a look in, because once I've done the main story, there was no real motivation for me to go back and do all the useless crap like hunt down x amount of pigeons and blow them into feathery dust clouds. Seriously, at least give the game some replayability other than the occasional bored moment where I shove the disc in and run down a few pedestrians before hurling myself out a car//truck/bike/helicopter at maxiumum speed.

Funniest part in the game? The swing glitch where you could catapult cars several feet into the building behind you.

And the multiplayer was just awful. Trying to find a game for any of the interesting modes was like watching paint dry. It was like the matchmaking from Saints Row. Free Roam was just bloody retarded, with pill-popping barely-teens ramming my crappily animated avatar at mach ten in a sports car.
