"The human mind.
600 miles of synaptic fiber.
5 ½ ounces of cranial fluid.
1500 grams of complex neural matter.
A 3-pound pile of dreams.
But I?ll tell you what it really is: it is the ultimate battlefield and the ultimate weapon.
The wars of this modern age?the Psychic Age?are all fought somewhere between these damp, curvaceous undulations.
From this day forward you are all psychic soldiers!
Paranormal paratroopers!
Mental marines who are about to ship out on the adventure of their lives!
This is our beachhead and this is your landing craft.
You shall engage the enemy in his own mentality!
You shall chase his dreams, you shall fight his demons, you shall live his nightmares!
And those of you who fight well, you will find yourself on the path to becoming international secret agents.

The rest of you... WILL DIE!"
This game really deserves a sequel, it's sad that it's been so long already.

OT: Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts also deserves a sequel. One that takes the series back to the good old platforming. I like the game as a spin-off, but the original games were some of the best 3D platformers out there. Seeing as the only games they get to release now are Kinect games they could really be out into some better work.

All three of these titles (series in the case of Battlefront) are excellent games and (imo) should have gotten a sequel.

A lot of the mentioned games I would love to see (Battlefront 3, Mirrors edge 2, Psychonauts 2, etc.)

But for one that's different (or not, I only looked at the first page, so screw reading the rest) would be Zeno Clash 2. My god I loved the original.

I would personally love to see a sequel to one of my favorite N64 games, Space Station Silicon Valley!
Unfortunately the developers have probably forgotten about this game entirely; they've come a long way since then... [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkkoHAzjnUs]
HOLY BEES I FORGOT ABOUT THAT GAME!

SO many beautiful hours spent as a polar bear that crapped mines, or a dog on wheels with rockets, etc. Good times.

I second Jade Empire and Dungeon Siege 1/2, both games good enough that they deserve a sequel (ignoring the actual DS3 as it had no similarities to the previous games, just a shovel load of references in one dungeon).
I'd also like to see some characters return if they were to do a sequel of JE, specifically Wild Flower and Kang, one of whom didn't get enough development for her individual character and is young enough to be a valid follower if the game is not set too far in the future, and the other was so hilarious and immortal to boot so he'd better be in it no matter when it's set.
Honestly Bioware, you're missing out on cashing in on its fanbase.
There's my 10cents, and I'll keep repeating it until we get another JE. And a decent DS3.

I would love to see a psychonauts sequel. Its one of my all time favorite games. Plus its just funny as hell.
I've been trying to get my hands on a copy recently, but I missed the last copy of the game that was in town by a day and the nearest known copy is like an hour drive away, which I am not doing.
If you have an Xbox 360 you can just buy and download the game off of there. At least last time I checked you could.
Yeah, I thought about that after I made that post and will try to find it in a little bit when I'm on the Xbox, but then there's the problems of my Xbox running low on memory space and me being mostly broke.

EDIT: I looked and it is not there. If I had looked before the dashboard update I might of found it, but it looks like it was one of the many games that was taken off the game marketplace lists.

Vagrant story.
While FF12 was a sequel in narrative sense(males wear revealing clothes, political turmoil everywhere and everyone speaking poetically(which sometimes didn't made sense)) but the gameplay let a lot to be desired. I really wish some game does the whole chain thingy again.

Shadowgate 64 is a GREAT puzzle game! If you get the chance to, you should dust off your N64 and buy this! (Or find an Emulator, but either way,)its just AMAZING!! Great Story, but of course it was limited by its day; it could hold up to the modern day!

Geist was a game that would make a great sequel, especially in today's gaming world. Ghostly powers, haunting things and scaring them guards, and solving puzzles, all while being a ghost? Yes please! Just don't make the final boss so obnoxious to fight...

I'd say Sly Cooper, but we've got that coming, how about a Sly Cooper made by Sucker Punch? Seriously, I love the series and I'll buy 4, but I'm scared, since it was the writing and the strong focus on a blend of comic styled story telling filled with realism and drama. Like Batman if he was really a big bat, and robin was a bird, or whatnot. I mean, Sly 2's mid-section with the Contessa? Wow, I couldn't believe it, and the way the characters grew in game...oh glorious. Even Sly 3, not as good as 2, still started the game in a great way...I'll stop here or I'll have a novel on how much I love this franchise

I wish when a company made a series, they didn't have to give it up, because you get the Duke Nukem effect, a team that wants to keep the series going, but at the same time, makes the game a bit worse when they suck the game's virtual wingy-wang and not force innovation the way the original team would...

1. Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. The epicness of the story is rivalled only by the epicness of the cliffhanger it was left on.
2. Culpa Innata. The innovative point-and-click detective adventure with an original "dystopian utopia" setting, also hanging from a cliff.
3. Psychonauts. Just more of that game, please.
4. Beyond Good and Evil. Of course.
