games that should have NEVER EVER been made

1: Why the hate against Mario Galaxy 2?
2: My issue here is that some games should have been made, but were just a colossal failure. Like Sonic 06. Sonic needed a game to reinvigorate the franchise. The game just failed to be that. Kane and Lymch 2 was going to be to Kane and Lynch 1 what Assassin's Creed 2 was to Assassin's Creed 1. But while AC2 justified the franchise existing, K&L2 made sure there will never be a third game.
3: As for games that DO fit that category? Here's my number one pick: Bomberman Act Zero. The LAST thing Bomberman needed was a grim-and-gritty sequel. Add that it sucked as well just made it worse.

No, that ET game very much needed to be made, but what should've happened as a result is that the industry should've realized what a terrible idea it is to make movie-licensed video games and never have made another one ever again. ...EVER!twistedmic said:
EDIT: I'd also like to add that every game that's been made should have been made. Even the worst made games add something even if only serves as an example of what NOT to do when designing a game.
