1) an english release of Fire Emblem 6 aka Sword of Seals (the one with Roy), and any Fire Emblem game released in the GBA format with the open world from Sacred stones, FE died for me when it left the GBA, I've wanted more GBA FE's so much I've actually hacked it and made my own with all of my favorite characters from all the FE's Ive played, (I even made a custom warrior sprite and GBA compatible portrait for Boyd from the gamecube games)
2) MGS peace-walker for the PS3 with the graphics, controls, and customization options from MGS4
3) a Mech/Mecha game with depth of customization and mechanics, and intuitive controls that actually WORK, im looking at you Armored Core...
4) Marvel vs capcom with smash bros. melee controls and 4 player multi, and rather than release new games just come out with new characters as DLC until the end of time
5) Devil May Cry 5 in the style of DMC 1 & 3, where they dont try and change the whole style like the one ninja theory is making, that starts after the end of DMC1 (perhaps like that anime's storyline) and forgets DMC 2 & 4, Nero, and whats-her-face ever existed
6) this one's really just for me, but a Radiata Stories sequel with more depth to the battle mechanics
other than that I would tentatively say Disgaea 4 (although I wish it was on a portable platform) and Dark Souls are the perfects games for me

Freelancer 2.
If you haven't played Freelancer, go do it.
Right now.
Did you play Starlacer? Its the prequel to Freelancer and isn't bad at all. As for Freelancer 2, I agree, but where would they go with the story aside from repeating what they did in Freelancer? (AKA "they" come back)
Yeah, I played Starlancer.
But storywise, the Dom'Kavosh (or whatever they were called) maybe? They are the masters of the Nomads after all. Nomads were just guardians left behind.

If Bioware released a game that at it's base was reminiscent of the X-Wing/Tie-Fighter series, but in an MMO format.

Additionally have this MMO have an effect on the upcoming Old Republic MMO game world (and vice verse) and I would gleefully pay two subscriptions forever more.

Hmmm, let's see:

-Dialogue by Bioware
-Combat from Half-life/90s FPS games (ie ridiculous weapons in large quantities, running and gunning).
-Environment built by Crytek.
-RPG elements from the original Deus Ex.
A game about a ridiculously overpowered hero battling across a war-torn nation, learning kung-fu from a hamster. I'm not trolling by the way, I'm honestly serious. I'd part with a great deal of money to see such a phenomenon. Oh, and it'd have to end in a sandbox-esque battle in which you fight your way through an enormous number of soldiers and have to actually look for the final bossfight.

A newly released big-brand title listed for $5.

I'm not going to pay $60 for any game.

The price for a new game these days are insane.
Obviously you two weren't around in the SNES / Mega Drive era of console gaming.

A mix of this version of Spore:

and From Dust.

Also a realistic NFL football game. Every hit is different but not like Backbreaker. Also mix in NFL Head Coach and I would be happy.

Elder Scrolls or Fallout game with co-op multiplayer.

Seriously, I'd shove the money at a game store clerk within an hour of hearing about it.

Star wars battlefront 3

Why lucasarts refuses to continue this game series is beyond me (as are many other things they do :/ )

If someone would make the steampunk/fantasy Action/RPG that I've been kicking around in my head for a while, I'd buy that in a heartbeat... It's my dream game.

A game that crossed Sins of a Solar Empire and X-COM. Take the fight to the aliens!
Also, I'd love a Pathways into Darkness remake. Ancient temple exploration, crystals which allow you to talk to the dead, and an evil from another universe spawning monsters from its dreams? In HD? Yes please!

And this. Most definitely this.

I would totally buy a Mafia-based RTS/RPG hybrid with the small scale battles of CoH or DoW2 combined with the overarching goal and the open endedness of the Total War series set, of course, in the 1930's, reaching over to about the late 1950's.
Honestly.
Just imagine it - taking over street after street, business after business, corner after corner through either muscle, coercion, bribery or diplomacy, only being able to recruit named individuals who have character, personality, special skills and, of course, a couple of faceless goons to deploy when needed during the RTS parts, moving up through the neighborhoods to the districts, and from the districts to whole cities as you try to spread your empire as far as you can.
You'd come into conflict with almost everyone, deciding how to deal with them as you go, dictating the pace of the game. Police performing too many raids, despite the fact that you buffed security and intelligence on your main guys? Then you must have a rat. Do you have a police informant you can use? Do you ignore the problem? Do you guess based on previous arrests? etc. and then - do you kill the guy? Do you simply warn him and hope that word doesn't get out?
So on and so forth obviously.
But I would kill for something like that.

Or a combat based RPG where you are just a random soldier in the middle of a war.
Yeah, you can level up and all that, but really you are just a minor player, doing what you do, surviving. Sure - you might win titles and awards for being skilled at the sword, or for guarding the right person, but really - all you will be is an invested observer.
The most you can be is someone relatively visible, like a personal bodyguard, or a knight/champion, or a companion, or even an executioner - but really, all you will be doing is watching the main players act out the events, whether you choose to affect them or not.
Vague, I know...
Say....in some sort of context, if the setting was Game of Thrones, your character would start off as 'Poorly Armored Generic Guard B' and then, much later on, might hit 'Kingsguard', or even 'Jory'.
Something along those lines.

Yup.
Normally I would be less eloquent, but fuck it.
I'm gloriously drunk and very, very tired.
BUT I would buy either of those games instantly.

EDIT: MORE ELOQUENT
Goddamn...
This is why people should NEVER let me NEAR a computer inebriated.
Thank god for spellcheck or this would be unreadable.
