Im gonna say Tomba for the playstation 1.

Ive seen places one can buy it, but its really hard to find. Despite that, the cartoony feel and fun side scrolling made it a very enjoyable game.

Just purchased dark souls any advice to a noob who is new to this type of game?

I'm no expert the only thing i can think of is that given the way the combat works things get very difficult with multiple opponents, so try to lure enemies out to kill em off, especially if they're tougher enemies, and when you get to ornstein and smough start praying. I suggest using homing soulmass as you cast the spell and once someone gets close enough it targets them, which is crucial as you don't often get a chance to stand still to cast a spell against two bosses who can rush you. I hate them so much!
