I'm looking for pc game I played few years ago. It was turn based, with character seen from above, moving like on square grid. He was using sword, and you chose your attack direction with NUMPAD (propably most distinctive feature). Game was happening in some kind of dungeons.
I remember killing some bugs.

Thank you for any help.

//edit: Yay, found it! It's DROD (Deadly Rooms of Death).

Thank you very much 0effect. That is indeed the name of the game i couldn't remember and missed , but now i can finally emulate it and play it , thanks to you.
Now , if someone can help me with one final problem , i would be forever indebted...

So , i remember the game as being similar to double dragon ( if not actually one the double dragon titles ) , and the only ingame things i remember are that i was outside a factory or something , behind the players in the background there were some fences , my character looked a lot like the blonde guy from double dragon , i remember taking an old "outside" elevator and having to fight some gray robots that had spikes and spiked maces instead of hands...

I remember I played a game in Primary School about 11 years ago, if anyone can help.... I would love to play it again for old times sake;

From all I can remember, I think it was a point and click, and you go into a dark mansion, I think it was something to do with Dracula, and you have to look around the mansion doing missions I believe, I remember finding a chest in a room, ummmm also at the start you need to open a black gate, I think you need to find a key for it or click on something.... and it took around an hour to 1 and 1/2 hours to finish..... oh you never got to see the main character I think..

Also another one was about 11-12 years ago, my Dad had it on his PC I think it was an emulator from what I remember, cause he had Doom and Duke Nukem, and I think he chose all the games from a blue screen?

Basically you can go around a house and outside of it, there was a secret slide that led to out the back of the house I think, you could play bowling as well, I can't remember what the main character was, could be a bear? I'm pretty sure this was also a point-and-click. There was a tree outside to the right of the house I think. I also think there was an attic, but I'm not sure.... thats all I can remember unfortunately...

Anyone know these games? Both were for PC if I didn't mention that before.... thanks if anyone does :)

Hi,

The game that i'm trying to find..i really dont remember exactly the time that i've played it..
It is a game that bases on you controlling a mothership(blue i think)..
From her you can create helicopters,tanks,radars,planes,etc..but all of them requires energy wich is the base resource that your mothership have..it also necessary to the ship's shield and to teleport to another place on the map..also in the map you can find energy factories that help your energy recovers more fast..

The gameplay have a 3D cenario(most of them are cities i think), and it is a "mix" of strategy and action, since you can control your units directly from the map, or moving them for yourself..entering in a first person shooting camera and walking with the vehicle..you can also do that to control fixed guns and the defenses of your mothership.

The objective of the game is to destroy enemy motherships and their armies..
I only played the demo version..so there was only 2 types of enemy motherships..
A red one wich is smaller than yours but have a heavly firepower..and a yellow who is like a flying square fortress.

Tried to detail as best as i can..anyone know the name of this game? :)
Anyone?
*Still hoping for a miracle* :)

I can remember a lot about the game but not actually the title. I've been looking for it for quite a bit now and would appreciate any help.

The basic idea was that you were stranded on this planet because your spaceship or something crashed there. First-person perspective, fairly primitive graphics but not ASCII-level, think it ran on DOS. Some version of it had FMV graphics, the others didn't. It was a really complex game that featured sortof-accurate medical procedures that you had to do in order to keep your character alive if he got wounded in a certain way, and you could get blinded in one eye.

The objective of the game was to kill or otherwise get... I believe they were keys or keycards off of the other people, all on the same spaceship that you were, and use them to escape the planet on I believe a rocket. And the planet exploded, at the end.

Thanks in advance, if it is found.

I am trying to think of the name of this game but I cant remember (obviously since I am posting here). I want to say it came out in mid to late 90's. It was 3D, and futuristic at the time with a space setting I think. It was played in a 3rd person view. You played as a person (possibly a robot) in a black suit with an elongated football shaped helmet. I think I remember being able to glide around in a unique way... basically instead of having wings to fly or glide with, there were like 4 large circles that would protrude from your back. I believe the game had a 3 letter title and the names NBK, MBK, MKB, and NKB keep popping up. Oh and I believe it was a 2 part series. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as I am getting quite frustrated with this! Thanks in advance!

A alien insect type army with massive worm type things and a traditional gray aliens with odd shaped heads and ufos. The game was really entertaining as a kid thanks in advance

After months of trying to remember the name of a game I used to play back in college. I was tempted to post it here, but my memories of the game would have made identification nearly impossible. It was an RPG game, you went down in a dungeon, killed stuff and collected treasure, and it was in 3D... which describes just about every RPG known to man in the last 20 years.

Came to me in a flash today.

Swords Of Glass.

A few years ago, with the original playstation came a demo CD with a few games on it... One of them looked really simple and was basically a man who had to roll blocks around to make them disappear... The blocks would keep rolling in his direction and eventually if space ran out he'd fall off the edge at the end...

Does that ring any bells? What's the name?

I remember playing one game for quite a while as a kid, it was rather entertaining.
It was a Sega title and the main protagonist was a comic writer. Then his villain somehow escapes his comics and kidnaps his girlfriend into the comic world, the protagonist follows. It was a 2D fighting game but with a few nice twists; for instance you would see the comic panels and jump from one to another.

I still remember the boss fight. The girl was trapped in a container rapidly filling with green goo and there was a rocket and you had to start the rocket's engine so that it would burn the villain and you had to do it before the girl drowned in the goo.
There was an ending for the case of girl's death, too.
