There is no such thing as a sole object that is or is not art. A medium is art, be it paintings, music or video games. There is no question in such matters, because it would be too difficult and too time-consuming to go to every single guy who created a drawing to see if it is art or not. That is why you call a medium art, and one of those drawing, or in this game your geussing game, terrible art. But still art.
Give me your point in one sentence to put this to rest, as we are both entitled to our opinions, here is my point:
No emotional reaction = not art to me. (i know, not technically a sentence, but roll with it

)
Just a quick question, but is the artist' intent of the emotional reaction the qualifier for you, or the viewer having an emotional reaction?
And who's emotional reaction is the important one? I've never really had an emotional reaction to Picasso's
Guernica, does that disqualify it from being art?
Conversely, the 80's sitcom Alf gives me the emotional reaction of intense fear every time I see it because of a reoccurring nightmare I had when I was a child. Does that qualify that as art?
