I deliberately try to not finish a game in 1 sitting by doing side things and exploring abit so off the top of my head I can only think of 1 game I finished in 1 sitting.

All completed in an afternoon each

Battlefield Bad Company
Shogun: Total War on several occasions
Rome: Total War (both this and above involved auto-resolving the battles though, so some might argue they don't count, but I think they do)

I've tried and failed with KOTOR and Pokemon Ruby
KOTOR just wasn't doable in eighteen hours straight (I was trying to do all the side-missions too)
Ruby I had to put down; my eyes were starting to unfocus and I had a headache; without turning it off or putting it down for more than a minute, I managed to get from the start screen to my fifth badge.
